★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, funcionários grosseiros e o responsável pela loja é outro sem educação. Paguei uma madeira maciça e me entregaram compensado colado e ainda insistiram em falar que eu que pedi errado. Vendem pelo preço da madeira e entregam o produto errado pra se darem bem as custas do cliente. Não recomendo de forma alguma!
Poor service, rude employees and the person in charge of the store is another uneducated one. I paid for a solid wood and they gave me plywood glued and still insisted on saying that I asked for it wrong. They sell at the price of wood and deliver the wrong product to get along at the customer's expense. I don't recommend it at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ atendimento horrível. comprei uma mercadoria e na hora da entrega o funcionário da madeireira pau mandado simplesmente largou o material na portaria do prédio. funcionários arrogantes e sem nenhum preparo para atender o cliente, elem do atraso na entrega do material que tinha previsão para entrega de 24 hrs e só foi entregue ( largado na portaria) 3 dias depois.
horrible service. I bought a piece of merchandise and at the time of delivery the clerk of the logging wood simply dropped the material at the building's concierge. Arrogant employees and without any preparation to serve the customer, due to the delay in delivery of the material that was scheduled for delivery of 24 hours and was only delivered (dropped at the concierge) 3 days later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ custa ser atencioso com o cliente? parece que estão sempre sem paciência pra atender... liguei pra lá p perguntar se vendiam compensado de pinus o cara ja chegou falando q não tinha, perguntei quando eles teriam, ele respondeu "semana que vem deve chegar", kkkk má vontade p vender.. ai fica dificil. Fora q me deu um fora de graça por não saber o nome especifico d madeira. Já tinha ligado pra lá antes o cara mal me atendeu e ainda me deixou na espera por 10min pra depois desligar na minha cara. Legal, queria avaliar como 0, mas vou ter q dar uma estrela pq n tem como. Foi o tal do dudu q me atendeu, n sei se todos os funcionários sao desse jeitao.
does it cost to be considerate of the customer? it seems they are always out of patience to answer ... I called there to ask if they sold pine plywood the guy arrived saying he didn’t have it, I asked when they would have it, he replied "next week it should arrive", kkkk ill will p sell .. then it gets hard. He gave me a free kick for not knowing the specific name of the wood. I had already called there before the guy barely answered me and even left me waiting for 10 minutes to hang up on me. Cool, I wanted to rate it as 0, but I’ll have to give it a star because there’s no way. It was the dudu who answered me, I don't know if all the employees are that way.
