★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fujam deste lugar. Não conseguiram identificar o problema e quando solicitei a devolução do meu computador não realizam a devolução. Compareci 04(quatro vezes) na loja e sempre dizem que estará lá e meu computador não aparece. Um dia está na santa Efigênia, outro dia na ponte rasa, mas nas minhas mãos nunca. Se quiser passar nervoso, deixem seus produtos lá.
Get away from this place. They could not identify the problem and when I requested the return of my computer they do not return it. I attended 04 (four times) in the store and always say it will be there and my computer does not appear. One day is in holy Efigenia, another day on the shallow bridge, but never in my hands. If you want to be nervous, leave your products there.

Bad store. They didn't fix my notebook, and still claimed that after the repair, I broke it myself.
Amateur service, and masked of that mess.
If you want professional and quality service, look for KLVnotebook, they will do the service in front of you within 2 hours.

Descaso total e mau atendimento, além de ladrões, levei a cpu pra arrumarem e cada vez que voltava vinha com um erro diferente que não existia antes, limparam ela e ficou ok, mas danificaram a entrada da internet, cobraram a mais por esse problema que foi deles, e agora o som não pegava mais, mas fiquem tranquilos que esse problema já corrigi em outro local que diferente de vocês tem profissionalismo.

Total neglect and poor service, in addition to thieves, I took the CPU to fix it and each time I came back it came with a different error that didn't exist before, they cleaned it and it was ok, but they damaged the internet entrance, they charged more for this problem that it was theirs, and now the sound didn’t catch it anymore, but rest assured that this problem has already been corrected in a place that is different from yours, with professionalism.
