★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui enganado pelo vendedor Eduardo, fiz a compra de um iPhone 13 na loja, usando os pontos por ser cliente CLARO, disse que não queria que aumentasse nem um real na minha conta de telefone, o mesmo disse que não eu não teria problemas quanto a assim, é para minha surpresa no mês seguinte minha conta lamentou 207 reais, absurdo, Má fé, falta de respeito, sinceramente!!! Nem sei disser onde se enquadra esse comportamento !! A claro devia tomar uma atitude contra essa loja, pois as reclamações são inúmeras !!
