★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a compra de um ventilador de 169,90 dia 30.12.22 e paguei com débito, a moça do caixa Tamara disse que não recebeu o dinheiro e não me liberou comprovante e q em 24h esse dinheiro voltaria para minha conta, mesmo eu mostrando na hora meu extrato... chamamos gerente e falou q isso acontece frequentemente e q meu dinheiro voltaria para conta... resumindo
Meu dinheiro não voltou, eles não me deram o ventilador e qdo retornei na loja no dia 03.01.22, aguardei 1hora para o responsável pela sessão o Paulo ver meu problema e garantiu q iria resolver meu caso... e me informou mensagem q até 7 dias meu dinheiro seria devolvido para conta, melhor... q eles transfeririam o valor já que eles estavam com o dinheiro... até agora nada... e a conversa com Esse tal de Paulo foi apagada...
