Ontem 09/02/22 às 9:00 horas, mandei mensagem para saber se tinha o produto e o valor. Tinha, e pedi para separar e falei que já queria deixar pago para outro pessoa pegar no dia seguinte. Era somente isso: falar se tinha o produto, passar o valor e a chave do pix, mas levou o dia inteiro para isso (porque eu cobrei várias vezes), aliás, nem fizeram, porquê não me passaram o valor nem a chave do pix para já deixar pago.
Resumindo, a pessoa chegou lá para pegar hoje 10/02/22 pela manhã e ela não tinha nem se quer separado o pedido.
Achei um desrespeito e falta de profissionalismo. Acho que deviam dá mais atenção à isso, se não conseguem fazer o atendimento online deviam parar, assim evita deixar os clientes insatisfeitos.

Yesterday 09/02/22 at 9:00 am, I sent a message to know if I had the product and the value. There was, and I asked to separate and said that I already wanted to leave it paid for someone else to pick up the next day. It was just that: tell me if they had the product, pass the value and the pix key, but it took all day to do that (because I charged several times), in fact, they didn't even do it, because they didn't give me the value or the pix key to get paid.
In short, the person arrived there to pick up today 02/10/22 in the morning and she didn't even want to separate the order.
I found it disrespectful and unprofessional. I think they should pay more attention to this, if they can't do the online service they should stop, so it avoids leaving customers dissatisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 23/05/22 fui na loja e comprei 2 “pedras” e mais alguns produtos, porém ao entregar para o ourives fazer os ganchos em prata 925 e montar um brinco o mesmo informou que não era possível pois a “pedra” era uma resina e não aguentaria o fogo para colocar a prata 925. Então dia 30/05/22 fui até a loja com toda educação tentar trocar por outra pedra, porém a loja não fornece cupom fiscal, só anexam um papel com os valores gerados pela calculadora, e o gerente alegou que não trocaria pois esse produto era vendido no prédio inteiro e se eu provasse que era vendido lá me trocariam.
Dica muito cuidado ao comprar pedras naturais nesta loja, pois conforme relatei acima é prejuízo para você. Dica: exija o cupom fiscal.

So on 05/30/22 I went to the store with all politeness to try to exchange it for another stone, but the store does not provide a tax coupon, they only attach a paper with the values generated by the calculator, and the manager claimed he wouldn't exchange it because this product was sold in the entire building and if I proved it was sold there they would exchange me.
Be very careful when buying natural stones in this store, because as I mentioned above, it is a loss for you. Tip: demand the tax coupon.
