Essa loja mas inclusivamente com a loja da estação acesso norte,realizei compras no local pela propaganda de ser peças folhedos e com prazo de garantia,quando tentei realizar uma troca devido ao defeito da peça que quebrou com 15 dias de comprado,a vendedora se recusou a trocar mesmo com nota fiscal em mão.por isso estou muito chateada com falta de respeito com o cliente.

This store but even with the store at the northern access station, I made purchases on the spot for the advertisement of being leafy pieces and with warranty period, when I tried to make an exchange due to the defect of the piece that broke with 15 days of purchase, the seller refused to exchange even with invoice in hand.so I am very upset with lack of respect with the customer.
