Meu dinheiro deve valer menos que dos outros porque eu queria comprar uns produtos e fui atendido ridiculamente, onde nem me responderam se teria ou não o produto no tamanho desejado. Quando agradeci pelo atendimento que não ocorreu ainda foram irônicos comigo. Quem sabe isso mude até porque não sei se o proprietário tem conhecimento do atendimento que tive e caso não tenha eu tenho a conversa aqui comigo salva no whatsapp. Cheguei a joão pessoa e tive referencia de marketing dessa loja mas depois conhecendo melhor eu vi que tem outras que prezam muito mais seus clientes não diferenciando do seu contra cheque, classe social e poder aquisitivo.
Só desejo sucesso a essa loja e que continue no mercado por longos e longos anos.

My money must be worth less than the others because I wanted to buy some products and I was ridiculously attended to, where they didn't even answer me if I would have the product in the desired size or not. When I thanked them for the service that didn't happen, they were still ironic with me. Who knows, maybe even change it because I don't know if the owner is aware of the service I had and if not, I have the conversation here with me saved on WhatsApp. I got to joão Pessoa and had a marketing reference for this store, but after getting to know him better, I saw that there are others that value his customers much more, not differentiating from his counter check, social class and purchasing power.
I only wish this store success and that it will remain in the market for long and long years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Executei a primeira revisão de uma bike com quatro meses de uso. Estava perfeita. Recebi com lubrificante de qualidade inferior, marchas desreguladas e fit alterado. Corrente partiu numa reta no primeiro pedal pós revisão, retornei lá e paguei metade do valor da revisão para emendar uma corrente. No pedal seguinte bike passou a apresentar estalos na central. Deixei lá novamente com ordem para executar o serviço que fosse necessário. Não assumiram o bo que criaram, sequer resolveram. Disseram que era do pedal. Em outra oficina resolveram o problema, de fato constatado na central, possivelmente causado pela má execução da revisão. Ademais... Atendimento sensacional num ambiente amplo, confortável e descontraído. Boa variedade de produtos com preços competitivos.
I performed the first overhaul of a four month old bike. It was perfect. I received it with inferior quality lubricant, unregulated gears and altered fit. Chain broke in a straight line on the first post-review pedal, I went back there and paid half the overhaul value to mend a chain. On the next pedal, the bike started to click on the central. I left it there again with order to perform the service that was necessary. They didn't assume the bo they created, didn't even resolve. They said it was from the pedal. In another workshop, they solved the problem, in fact found in the center, possibly caused by the bad execution of the review. Furthermore... Sensational service in a spacious, comfortable and relaxed environment. Good range of products with competitive prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O horário nao condiz com o mencionado, me desloquei por meia hora pra chegar até o estabelecimento e quando chego, está fechado.... frustante ? o horário do sábado diz que é aberto até as 18:00 sendo que vim as 14:00 e já está fechado. Alterem para que não aconteça com outras pessoas?
