★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando você vai fechar pacotes, são muito atenciosos, mas depois é uma briga pra ser atendido e agendar o tratamento. Descaso, falta de respeito, se importam apenas com os lucros da empresa. Dei muitas chances e tentei resolver, mas não obtive sucesso! PÉSSIMOS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fiz um pacote de depilação na clinica da Marajoara, zona sul, na qual é do mesmo dono dessa clinica, mas me assustou, porque a higiene da clinica é quase zero. Estamos em plena pandemia, a atendente chega da rua com o jaleco, não lava nem as mãos, não troca o papel da mesa entre um paciente e outro, a paciente encontra com a outra na porta da sala, então qual higiene foi feita? nenhuma. Uma paciente sai da sala ela já chama o próximo para atendimento e ai como fica nossa saúde? Eu tenho muitas sessões na clinica ainda pra fazer, eu espero que os administradores dessa clinica oriente melhor suas funcionarias, pois nossa saúde está em risco. Se isso não for resolvido vou cancelar minhas sessões de depilação. Minha saúde é muito importante. Por mais que a meninas são gentis, o cliente precisa de mais, precisa ser atendido por pessoas responsáveis.

A patient leaves the room, she already calls the next person for care and then how is our health? I have many sessions at the clinic yet to do, I hope that the administrators of this clinic will better guide their employees, as our health is at risk. If this is not resolved I will cancel my epilation sessions. My health is very important. As much as the girls are kind, the client needs more, needs to be attended by responsible people.

Foi a única profissional da unidade que realmente se dedicou, fez todo o procedimento com calma, em todas as áreas, sem pressa, sem ficar focando em somente vender um novo pacote! Está de parabéns! Pena que só a conheci no final do meu tratamento.

Como usuária, sugiro que antes de fechar algum pacote se informe quanto ao laser (diz-se o Diodo ser mais dolorido) e seu funcionamento e efetividade. Infelizmente não tive sucesso quanto ao tratamento. A cada sessão tive algumas orientações diferentes do método. Acabei optanto por não concluir o tratamento.

Sempre te oferecem novos pacotes mas não prezam pela eficiência do tratamento, a impressão que dá é que só querem vender e que você fique lá por muito tempo pagando. Após alguns meses, passei a fazer minhas sessões com uma profissional muito boa, a Aline, e na primeira sessão com ela já vi a diferença, pois a depilação foi muito efetiva, fora que é cuidadosa, pois tenho várias pintinhas escuras na pele e ela não aplica em cima. Por mais profissionais como ela ❤.

They always offer you new packages but they don't value the efficiency of the treatment, the impression they give is that they just want to sell and that you stay there for a long time paying. After a few months, I started to do my sessions with a very good professional, Aline, and in the first session with her I already saw the difference, because the hair removal was very effective, besides being careful, because I have several dark spots on my skin and she does not apply above. For more professionals like her ❤.
