It was a unique and unforgettable experience! First time in Chapada, I did the trail of Águas Claras and Cachoeira da Fumaça with Mamut. I can only thank the boys for their professionalism and attention. I will definitely come back for more days of trails with you!!!! Success always, boys! I highly recommend!!!

Fiz dois passeios com a Mamut, um para a cachoeira do sossego e outro pra cachoeira da fumaça (por cima) e ambos foram INCRÍVEISSS!! Os meninos são muito gentis e queridos, trabalham muuuuuuuito bem e são extremamente atenciosos com seus clientes, ficamos encantadas! Passam total segurança nas trilhas, auxiliam e compartilham várias informações interessantes a respeito do bioma e curiosidades do local, além de prepararem um lanche perfeito sem defeitos, com certeza foi a melhor agencia que contratei durante minha estada! Recomendo demaisssssss e espero poder realizar muitosss outros passeios com a Mamut! <3

I took two tours with Mamut, one to the sossego waterfall and another to the smoke waterfall (above) and both were AMAZING!! The boys are very kind and sweet, they work soooo well and are extremely attentive to their customers, we were delighted! They spend total safety on the trails, help and share various interesting information about the biome and curiosities of the place, in addition to preparing a perfect snack without defects, it was certainly the best agency I hired during my stay! I highly recommend it and hope to be able to do many other tours with Mamut! <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of fun and a great experience with Mamut. Our trips felt like we were visiting friends who were excited to show us around Chapada and Lencois, having fun together as we go. We started with a two day hike in Val do Pati and ended up booking two more tours including another two-day hike to Maxila waterfall. Both Pati and Maxila are great hikes, the former having incredibly striking scenery, the latter more physically fun challenge, more wild and quiet. Impressive, local young guys with a lot of knowledge of the park who want to enable adventures that respect and conserve it. Fun and genuine but professional, we felt super comfortable and well looked after.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marcelo is an amazing guide. He does everything to make sure you have a great time. His passion for the history of Chapada Diamantina and nature is wonderful. He explains the plant life, geology and even found many animals for us to see on the tour. He can speak English very well and takes a lot of time to take pictures for you if you want. He also took us to special viewpoints of the waterfalls that other guides did not take their guests to. I highly recommend Mamut for any trekking!
