★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peguei um Onix alugado, com a luz da injeção acesa e abasteci e o carro sem força, tive que voltar para devolvê-lo e não me devolveram o dinheiro abastecido. Falta compromisso com o cliente.
I took a rented Onix, with the injection light on and fueled up and the car without power, I had to go back to return it and they didn't return the fuel to me. There is a lack of commitment to the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reservei pelo WhatsApp da empresa com uma semana de antecedência, quando fui retirar o carro disseram que não tinham a categoria do carro disponível, tentaram me empurrar um carro que custava o dobro do valor. Tive que procurar outra agência na hora, perdi praticamente um dia inteiro por conta da incompetência dessa agência, não recomendo.
I booked through the company's WhatsApp a week in advance, when I went to pick up the car they said they didn't have the car category available, they tried to push me a car that cost twice as much. I had to look for another agency right away, I lost practically an entire day because of the incompetence of this agency, I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff there provided very responsive service and picked me up from the airport for 50 reals to their car rental. Very good support on watsapp prior to me arriving.
I was given a Chevrolet car that had no petrol after being assured that the petrol level will be reflected correctly after I start driving. Unfortunately there was no other car I could take! The car kept having a rattling sound and sounds like it would stop any moment! When I asked for money back to cover the petrol I had topped up, the staff just took the car and drove off without explaining.
Please reconsider if you need to take a reliable car rental company that takes good maintenance of their fleet.
