Ontem as 15:30h fomos eu e minha esposa fomos a loja do BH SHOPPING para polir nossas alianças. Quando chegamos fomos atendidos de forma absolutamente constrangedora (devo dizer que me visto de forma simples e sou do interior). No atendimento eu disse que queria polir a aliança e a atendente me lascou a pergunta nada simpática: -você comprou aqui??? E emendou: - você tem a garantia??? Respondi perguntando se era necessário ter a garantia para polir a aliança (porque isso me fora prometido como direito eterno no ato da compra) e ainda uma segunda vez ela me perguntou sobre a garantia... ao que perguntei: - vocês tem cadastro? Ao fazer essa pergunta uma delas (porque eram duas) se levantou e foi ver o cadastro, constatando a compra. Mau sabia eu que ficaria pior, pois ela desandou a enumerar pontos negativos de se fazer o polimento... disse que desgastaria a aliança, e que ela voltaria a ficar como ela estava, visivelmente me convidando a desistir do serviço e a sair da loja. Fico a pensar com meus botões... Qual o motivo dessas senhoras agirem assim? Pois quando perceberam que eu estava percebendo tentaram mudar a postura, e acabou piorando, pois vi claramente que elas tem conhecimento técnico, mas nenhum cuidado e tato no atendimento ao cliente. Penso que, se eu fosse concorrente dessa loja, ficaria muito feliz, pois elas atendem de uma forma que o cliente se sinta constrangido a não mais voltar. Como se diria no esporte: - vocês estão tomando bola nas costas... ou então: - para atendentes como essas nem se precisa de concorrentes para atrapalhar. Foi lastimável. Só não estragou nosso dia porque não permitimos.
Yesterday at 15:30h, my wife and I went to the BH SHOPPING store to polish our rings. When we arrived we were treated in an absolutely embarrassing way (I must say I dress simply and I'm from the countryside). At the service I said I wanted to polish the ring and the attendant chipped the unfriendly question: -Did you buy it here??? And amended: - do you have the guarantee??? I replied asking if it was necessary to have the guarantee to polish the wedding ring (because this was promised to me as an eternal right at the time of purchase) and still a second time she asked me about the guarantee... to which I asked: - Do you have a record? When asking this question, one of them (because there were two) got up and went to see the registration, confirming the purchase. Badly I knew it would get worse, because she went out of her way to enumerate the negative points of polishing... she said that she would wear out the ring, and that it would go back to being as it was, visibly inviting me to give up the job and leave the store . I keep thinking with my buttons... Why these ladies act like this? Because when they realized that I was noticing, they tried to change their posture, and it ended up getting worse, as I clearly saw that they have technical knowledge, but no care and tact in customer service. I think that if I were a competitor of this store, I would be very happy, because they serve in a way that the customer feels constrained not to return. As one would say in sports: - you are taking the ball behind your back... or else: - for attendants like these you don't even need competitors to interfere. It was regrettable. It just didn't spoil our day because we didn't allow it.

Péssima prestação de serviços, me cobraram 3 vezes o valor que paguei em outra ocasião para trocar a bateria do meu relógio, e pra minha frustração e prejuízo o incapaz do relojoeiro não recompôs a impermeabilidade retirando a característica de ser a prova d'água e no primeiro banho que tomei meu relógio encheu de água e estragou. Nunca mais entro nesse lugar. Gentinha metida a besta, de péssimo atendimento e incompetente.

Eu e minha esposa ganhamos de presente de casamento um par de pulseiras Montblanc que ficaram grandes. Fui na Manoel Bernardes localizada no nível 1 (Primeiro andar) do BH shopping e fui extremamente bem atendido pela consultora Mônica que ao verificar a indisponibilidade das pulseiras em tamanhos diferentes se prontificou a nos ajudar, medindo e mandando ajustar na indústria. Ambas ficaram prontas com perfeição, excelência e agilidade!
My wife and I received a pair of Montblanc bracelets as a wedding gift that turned out great. I went to Manoel Bernardes located on level 1 (First floor) of BH shopping and was extremely well attended by the consultant Mônica who, when checking the unavailability of bracelets in different sizes, was ready to help us, measuring and having them adjusted in the industry.
