★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito chateada com a loja. Comprei colchão e cama baú . Recebi o colchão, mas a cama baú já passou dos 45 dias que me pediram para entregar e não entregaram. O pior é que já liguei para a loja mais de duas vezes, as vendedoras pegam os dados para consultar o porquê da demora na entrega e não me retornam... Descaso e desrespeito com o cliente.
Very upset with the store. I bought a mattress and a trunk bed. I received the mattress, but the trunk bed has passed the 45 days that I was asked to deliver and did not deliver. The worst thing is that I have already called the store more than twice, the salespeople take the data to see why the delay in delivery and do not return to me ... Neglect and disrespect for the customer.

Mas a entrega deixa muito a desejar. Nao ha uma logistica organizada. Marcam um dia diferente do acordado na loja, atrasam a entrega. Fiz uma compra e marcamos para entregar num horário e chegaram a noite em minha casa. FALTA DE RESPEITO COM O CLIENTE!!!
Excellent customer service, friendly, attentive and very polite attendants.
But delivery leaves much to be desired. There is no organized logistics. They mark a different day than the one agreed at the store, they delay delivery. I made a purchase and we scheduled to deliver at a time and they arrived at my house at night. LACK OF RESPECT WITH THE CUSTOMER !!!

Para começar Entregaram meu colchão e o box queen com 30 dias.
A entrega foi durante a semana por volta das 20h da noite. Na montagem o pé de um dos box vieram quebrados.
O colchão está descaído , eu possuo hérnia na lombar e meu marido não está dormindo devido a dor no corpo que está ocasionando.
Até o momento o setor responsável não ligou p/ solucionar .
Sinceramente estamos com vontade de devolver pela insatisfação e falta de conforto , pois estamos com noites mal dormidas.
Entendo que pode ser um caso à parte, mais o descaso em solucionar está sendo demaispor um produto que possui o custo alto para o cliente e além de prejudicar a saúde física do corpo.
I was very well attended at the store, the whole problem was the delivery of the product and it is being the solution to the problem.
To start They delivered my mattress and box queen with 30 days.
Delivery was during the week around 20:00 at night. In the assembly the foot of one of the box came broken.
The mattress is sagged, I have a herniated lumbar hernia and my husband is not sleeping due to the pain in the body he is causing.
So far, the responsible sector has not called to solve it.
Honestly, we are willing to give back for the dissatisfaction and lack of comfort, as we have sleepless nights.
I understand that it may be a separate case, but the neglect to solve it is being too much for a product that has a high cost for the customer and besides harming the physical health of the body.

Chegou dia 12/12/19 eu liguei para loja no final da tarde para vendedora Cida e disse que não tinha recebido o colchão. A vendedora disse que não tinha o colchão para entregar e agendou para o dia 15/01/2020 a ligação para falar que dia iam entregar. Aguardei até dia 15/01/2020
No dia 15/01/2020 ligaram no final da tarde, dizendo que iriam entregar na terça dia 21/01/2020. Ai dia 17/01/2020, recebo outra ligação dizendo que não poderiam entregar o colchão 390. Remarcaram para NOVA LIGAÇÃO PARA O DIA 24/01/2020, para agendar o dia da 4° data para entrega do colchão 390. Fiz a compra dia 03/12/2019.
A vendedora Cida entrou em contato comigo, insistindo várias vezes para realizar essa venda. Inclusive me pediu para ir a noite para conversar com sua gerente, porque ela não queria perder a venda. Fui para ver o colchão a noite conforme ela me pediu e voltei no outro dia para comprar o colchão 390.
Realizei a compra Dezembro dia 03/12/19 e já vai para 2 meses essa compra . Eles por serem uma loja do Bhshopping, deveriam prezar mais pela boa condunta da promessa de compra e venda do colchão. A empresa não sabe o que é arcar com o compromisso com o cliente. A minha insatisfação e decepção com essa loja é muito grande. Espero que eles dessa vez cumpram com o prometido. E não dêem mais desculpas. Já vou para 2° parcela que estou pagando e sem receber o colchão.
Pior que mandei minha insatisfação para vendedora no Whatsapp da empresa, ela viu a mensagem e ignorou completamente.
I am very dissatisfied with this company. I bought a mattress on 03/12/19 and the delivery date was for 12/12/19. Arrived 12/12/19 I called the store in the late afternoon to seller Cida and said I had not received the mattress. The saleswoman said she didn't have the mattress to deliver and scheduled the call to 01/15/2020 to say what day they were going to deliver. I waited until 15/01/2020
On 01/15/2020 they called in the late afternoon, saying they would deliver on Tuesday, 01/21/2020. Then on 01/17/2020, I receive another call saying that they could not deliver the 390 mattress. They re-scheduled for NEW CONNECTION FOR THE 01/24/2020, to schedule the 4th date for delivery of the 390 mattress. I made the purchase on 03/12/2019.
Salesperson Cida contacted me, insisting several times to make this sale. He even asked me to go over the night to talk to his manager, because she didn't want to miss the sale. I went to see the mattress at night as she asked and I came back the other day to buy the 390 mattress.
I made the December purchase on 03/12/19 and this purchase is already going on for 2 months. Since they are a Bhshopping store, they should be more appreciative of the good deal of the mattress purchase and sale promise. The company does not know what it means to be committed to the customer. My dissatisfaction and disappointment with this store is very great. I hope that this time they will do as promised. And don't make any more excuses. I'm already going to the 2nd installment that I'm paying and without receiving the mattress.
Worse than I sent my dissatisfaction to the company's WhatsApp saleswoman, she saw the message and ignored it completely.
