Depois de TRÊS MESES esperando, me disseram que não era possível fazer o reparo e nem trocar por um novo, pois agora o preço é diferente de quando comprei. Sempre admirei a loja, depois dessa experiência, não recomendo a ninguém!
The store's after-sales sucks! I bought a necklace for my fiancée and within a few months it started to oxidize. I went to the store and delivered the product to be repaired. After THREE MONTHS waiting, I was told that it was not possible to repair it or change it for a new one, because now the price is different from when I bought it. I've always admired the store, after this experience, I don't recommend it to anyone!

Atendimento grotesco, grosseria ao último grau, incapacidade de lidar com cliente para uma reles informação, vergonha de ter qq peça da marca, “parabéns” a quem contratou a MULA de óculos que está trabalhando hoje, dia 06/02/22, no BH SHOPPING! Tratar o cliente com respeito é garantia de pelo menos mais dois; destrata-lo é perder o minimo de 5 clientes garantidos Mais os em potencial!

Grotesque service, rudeness to the last degree, inability to deal with a customer for a paltry information, ashamed to have any piece of the brand, "congratulations" to those who hired the MULA with glasses that is working today, 02/06/22, in BH MALL! Treating the customer with respect is a guarantee of at least two more; to treat it is to lose a minimum of 5 guaranteed customers Plus potential ones!
