Super lenta e cai com frequência, nesse periodo de pandemia onde as aulas estão online, tenho perdido aulas da Faculdade e as vezes nem consigo assistir as já gravadas. Recorro aos atendimentos e não recebo suporto, os argumentos sempre são os mesmos e eu estou extremamente cansada de pagar por um serviço que não tem qualidade nem atendimento. MELHOREM!!!!
I have been experiencing serious problems with this internet server. Super slow and falls frequently, in this pandemic period where classes are online, I have missed classes from the College and sometimes I can't even watch the ones already recorded. I use the assistance and I do not receive support, the arguments are always the same and I am extremely tired of paying for a service that has neither quality nor service. IMPROVE !!!!
