Entrei em contato com essa empresa, para comprar um kit com 2 mochos, maca e suporte para braço, o rapaz por nome Zé Madureira, foi o responsável pela negocião, que mostrou bastante interesse ao ponto de dizer que se alguém fizesse preço menor ele daria “ de graça “ foi que ocorreu. Outro fornecedor passou preço inferior ao dele, o mesmo destacou que iria cobrir!
Marquei com ele, e no fim da noite após nenhum retorno às minhas mensagens durante o dia, ele respondeu e destacou que não iria fazer negócio algum, porque havia nas palavras dele “perdido o tesão da venda”. CANCELEI COM OUTRO FORNECEDOR E PASSEI A PREFERÊNCIA PRA ELE, E O MESMO ME DEIXOU NA MÃO E DISSE QUE ERA MENTIROSO , POR FIM MANDEI TODOS OS PRINTS DAS DUAS NEGOCIAÇÕES, ONDE ELE RETOMOU O PREÇO MAS COM OUTROS PRODUTOS FORA DO MEU INTERESSE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos um lavatório de cabelos nessa loja, muito bonito, começou prometendo entregar em 7 dias e entregando em 15, no dia de buscar um idoso foi e pediu ajuda para colocar no carro e ouviu a resposta "não temos carregador!"... Não deram nota fiscal (alegam que o profissional que emite não trabalha aos sábados) Ao chegar em casa, não tinha manual de instruções no produto, além disso, vimos que no lavatório não vem a mangueira de passagem de água da torneira para o motor de aquecimento, ao ligar na loja para questionar as mangueiras e solicitar o manual de instruções de instalação, a vendedora com extrema grosseria respondeu que tinha era que contratar um bombeiro hidráulico para efetuar a instalação e que um profissional capacitado não precisaria de manual para instalar. Liguei para a responsável pela loja, que é um pouco mais educada com os clientes do que a vendedora, essa moça também afirma que não disponibilizam manual de instruções e que deveria ser contratado um bombeiro para instalação. Com a quantidade de modelos de lavatórios que existe, o profissional é obrigado a saber como efetuar a instalação correta? A vendedora ainda no telefone me informou que se queimar a resistência do aquecedor, não vendem outra e não dão garantia do funcionamento se for por instalação errada.
Ambas desligaram a ligação quando avisei que procuraria meus direitos garantidos pelo código de defesa do consumidor.
Muito desrespeito aos consumidores o que fazem na loja. Merece nota menos zero se fosse possível!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia, acabei de buscar um kit maca, mocho, cadeira de maquiagem, escada e prateleiras, a vendedora jhaisa, me pediu uma semana para entrega, eu disse que buscaria depois da data marcada, chegando lá para minha surpresa não estava completo, a mesma me disse que estava chegando. Eu disse que o prazo estava sendo descumprido, a mesma foi arrogante e mau olhava em minha cara para me responder. Perguntei se estava chegando ela me disse que não sabia, quando saio da loja meia hora depois ela me liga dizendo que a cadeira estava lá. Porque ela não ligou para a fábrica e pediu informações sobre onde estava o produto? A falta de competência de alguns vendedores geram muita insatisfação para os clientes.
Sem contar que a qualidade dos produtos são péssimas. Parece descartáveis, com prazo de validade. Vamos ver até quando irá durar.

No anúncio do Olx estar por um preço, pelo watts um tal de Zé me passou um preço mais caro, questionei e ele disse que dava pra fazer pelo valor do anúncio e que me cobrava 50,00 pra entregar, e não dividia no cartão, valor avista de 600,00, concordei até pq o valor nao tá ruim! Mas desde 23 de outubro que estou esperando resposta pelo watts e até hj nada, ontem completou 1mes já.. não atende o telefone, e olha que mandei msg pedindo pra entregar!. Estou deixando de comprar com eles por falta compromisso com o cliente!

Lousy service, lousy product, lousy commitment to delivery. I don't recommend anyone to buy at that factory. I bought two chairs, and both came with defects, and they always blame their suppliers for late delivery and product quality.
