E depois de tanto tempo de comércio fechado, absurdo uma loja "rejeitando" cliente que pagaria à vista. Uma pena!
A loja ao lado, chamada Universal Móveis, tem um atendimento bem melhor. Fica a dica!

And after so long of closed commerce, it is absurd for a store "rejecting" a customer who would pay in cash. A feather!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, não indico a loja de forma alguma. Total descaso com o consumidor. Comprei um painel para TV, cujo prazo de entrega era de 40 dias úteis, ciente do prazo finalizei a compra. Fui bem atendida no momento da compra, mas o problema veio depois. Na semana do prazo final para entrega do meu produto, entrei em contato com a loja para ter conhecimento do dia que viriam entregar e montar o painel, porém demoraram 2 dias para me responder, e quando responderam, 38 dias úteis após a minha compra, me informaram que não tinham o produto no depósito e que o fornecedor demoraria mais 2 meses para enviar. Ou seja, seria uma somatório de quase 4 meses para entrega de um painel. Mas o que me deixou mais chateada e inconformada é que somente me deram retorno, 38 dias úteis após a compra, se tivessem tido algum problema deveriam ter me avisa antes, ou fornecido a informação correta. Ciente dos meus direitos, requeri a devolução do valor pago devidamente corrigido e com dados, conforme prevê o artigo 35, inciso III do Código de Defesa do Consumidor, contudo realizaram um depósito, com R$ 9,00 a mais do que paguei. Esse valor não reflete sequer o índice de correção do IGPM. Demoram a dar retorno, e ainda agem com total descaso e desconsideração com o consumidor. Não comprem nessa loja, ela não respeita o Consumidor.
Bad experience, I don't recommend the store at all. Total neglect with the consumer. I bought a TV panel, whose delivery time was 40 working days, aware of the time I finalized the purchase. I was well attended at the time of purchase, but the problem came later. In the week of the deadline for delivery of my product, I contacted the store to find out the day they would come to deliver and assemble the panel, but it took 2 days to answer me, and when they responded, 38 business days after my purchase, they informed me that they didn't have the product in the warehouse and that the supplier would take another 2 months to ship. That is, it would be a sum of almost 4 months for the delivery of a panel. But what made me more upset and unhappy is that they only gave me feedback, 38 working days after the purchase, if they had any problems they should have let me know beforehand, or provided the correct information. Aware of my rights, I requested the return of the amount paid, duly corrected and with data, as provided for in Article 35, item III of the Consumer Protection Code, however they made a deposit, with R $ 9.00 more than I paid. This value does not even reflect the IGPM correction index. They take a long time to return, and still act with total neglect and disregard for the consumer. Do not buy in this store, it does not respect the Consumer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um sofa e um painel de TV no dia 14/07, pediram o prazo de 30 a 40 dias úteis, um prazo já muito grande. Mas como gostei do produto resolvi encarar. Que arrependimento, hoje dia 04/09 ainda não chegou meu produto, e o pior, a loja nunca ligou para me dar satisfação. Tentei falar várias vezes com a vendedora Sheilla, mas esta só fala que esta ocupada enganando outro comprador atendendo e nunca pode realizar o pós venda e verificar. Passa um contato do deposito para o próprio cliente ligar e apos 3 dias tentando contato sou informado que o sofa que chegou veio errado. O que a loja poderia fazer era me emprestar um sofa similar até que seja fabricado novamente o meu sofa. Completo descaso, estou indo amanhã na loja para cancelar as compras e ver meus direitos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos a loja da Silviano Brandão procurar por mesa de jantar e fui muito mal atendida por uma funcionária. Parecia que não queria trabalhar e sim ficar conversando com a colega, e quando foi nos atender foi numa má vontade, falta de educação, cordialidade e cinismo.
Fomos para a loja ao lado e era a continuação da loja de vcs, e lá tinha a mesa que queriamos. O colega dela teve que a chamar para cobtijuar o atendimento.
Percorri ontem Todas as lojas da Silviano Brandão, mas em nenhuma nos trataram da forma que a funcionária de vcs nos trataram. Já compramos outras vezes aí, mas nunca mais voltaremos.

Fizemos a compra de um conjunto de mesa e cadeiras no dia 26/06 com o vendedor Orlando, que a principio nos atendeu de forma muito cordial. Escolhemos o modelo, e a entrega seria feita até o dia 06/08. A entrega foi feita dentro do prazo, contudo o pedido veio completamente errado. As cadeiras não vieram conforme foram escolhidas, veio outro modelo e a mesa não foi o modelo que escolhemos. Enviei as fotos da mesa e cadeiras por Whatssap para o vendedor, que viu que a entrega realmente estava incorreta e se prontificou a fazer a troca. A troca seria feita no dia 09/09. Contudo, novamente outra dor de cabeça, as cadeiras vieram corretas dessa vez, mas a mesa que veio o mesmo modelo que já estava na minha casa, ou seja, incorreto. O vendedor disse então que o modelo estava de acordo com o pedido e que não seria feita nova troca. Mesmo ele tendo visto a foto da mesa no dia que chegou e reconhecido que o modelo não era o que eu tinha escolhido. Por fim, tive que ficar com a mesa que naõ foi a que eu escolhi, pq depois de 2 meses com todo esse problema, dispenso a dor de cabeça de um cancelamento, mas fica aqui o alerta sobre a loja.
Estou insatisfeita, com um produto que não foi o que eu escolhi, simplesmente pq o vendedor fez o pedido incorreto.

I sent the photos of the table and chairs via Whatssap to the seller, who saw that the delivery really was incorrect and offered to make the exchange. The exchange would be made on 09/09. However, again another headache, the chairs came correct this time, but the table came with the same model that was already in my house, that is, incorrect. The seller then said that the model was as per the order and that no new exchange would be made. Even though he had seen the photo of the table the day he arrived and recognized that the model was not the one I had chosen. Finally, I had to stay with the table that wasn't the one I chose, because after 2 months with all this problem, I don't have the headache of a cancellation, but here's the alert about the store.
I am dissatisfied with a product that was not what I chose, simply because the seller placed the wrong order.
