★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico de jeito nenhum, nem ao meu pior inimigo. Certa vez pagamos R$ 400,00 pela manutenção na minha geladeira Electrolux que não resfriava a parte de baixo. O técnico supostamente trocou uma placa que havia queimado. No entanto, poucos dias após a troca, a geladeira voltou a dar o mesmo problema. Ele veio, fez uma limpeza na serpentina e só depois dessa limpeza ela voltou a funcionar. Deu o mesmo problema dias depois, e ele sumiu. Não quis mais vir, e quando nos encontra, abaixa a cabeça e finge que não nos conhece. Não sei o nome do técnico desonesto que nos atendeu, mas fica aí a descrição física dele: careca, baixinho, magro, e fala mansa. Muito cuidado. Gente assim nem deveria abrir porta para a rua...
I don't recommend it at all, not even to my worst enemy. We once paid R$400.00 for maintenance on my Electrolux refrigerator that didn't cool the bottom. The technician allegedly replaced a board that had burned out. However, a few days after the exchange, the refrigerator had the same problem again. He came, cleaned the coil and only after this cleaning did it start working again. Had the same problem days later, and it disappeared. He didn't want to come anymore, and when he finds us, he puts his head down and pretends he doesn't know us. I don't know the name of the dishonest technician who answered us, but here's his physical description: bald, short, thin, and soft-spoken. Very careful. People like that shouldn't even open the door to the street...
