★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi melhor, tive vários problemas para resolver uma situação simples, demoraram quase 2 meses para resolver, isso porque tive que ligar na loja. Que pena material e montador otimos, mas a qualidade do pós vendas deixou a desejar muito lamentável.
It was better, I had several problems to solve a simple situation, it took almost 2 months to solve it, because I had to call the store. What a great material and great assembler, but the quality of the after sales left much to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendedores ótimos e atenciosos, fechei contrato em Março de 2021 paguei avista e estamos em Setembro de 2021 meu projeto caiu no esquecimento deles, não finalizaram até hj. Péssimo pós vendas estou com a cozinha unutilizada a 6 meses, no contrato diz 40 dias úteis.
Great and caring sellers, I signed a contract in March 2021, paid the bill and we are in September 2021, my project was forgotten by them, they didn't finish until today. Terrible after sales, the kitchen has been unused for 6 months, the contract says 40 working days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nao indico para ninguem essa marcenaria, atendente ate atendem super bem elabora projeto legal, por causa de maus proficionais execução so da dor cabeça, infelismente so de pensar o que eu passei me enoja, reformei meu apartamento com esses imcompetentes fiz contrato 40 dias + 15 montar moveis levou proximos 1 1/2 anos, so stress deixei de passar final de ano com minha familia reunida por causa de pessoas maldosas como esses maus profissionais.
I don't recommend this carpentry shop to anyone, attendants even serve very well, elaborates a legal project, because of bad professionals, execution only from the headache, unfortunately, just thinking about what I went through makes me sick, I renovated my apartment with these imcompetents I made a contract for 40 days + 15 Assembling furniture took the next 1 1/2 years, so I stopped spending the end of the year with my family together because of evil people like these bad professionals.
