Discute com o cliente pelo telefone, fala besteira e depois pede pra esquecer e nem sequer pede desculpas. Falta total de profissionalismo, pelo visto não está precisando de serviço ou não quer trabalhar!!!! Péssimo
That guy Marcão is very ignorant, I called to explain the service and who knows how to make a budget, but I gave up. He argues with the customer over the phone, talks nonsense and then asks them to forget about it and doesn't even apologize. Total lack of professionalism, apparently not needing service or not wanting to work!!!! Terrible
