★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No momento da compra todos são muito solícitos, mas o pós venda, para mim, foi péssimo. Compramos cortinas e, em menos de 3 meses elas estavam desbotadas. Desde Setembro/2021 até hoje 12/01/2022 tenho tentado solucionar amigavelmente, mas ninguém traz uma solução e, o pior, eles mentem, cada um diz uma coisa jogando o cliente de lá para cá, de cá para lá. Isso não é um comportamento decente. Acredito na resolução de problemas amigavelmente e tenho tentado fazer isso, mas estou muitíssimo decepcionada e pensando seriamente em levar à justiça. Será que somente diante das autoridades, eles se dobram? No mais, não indico!!!! Muita dor de cabeça por causa de cortinas. Estou tentando falar com o proprietário, Marcelo, mas o funcionários não me permitem. Quem sabe conversando com ele podemos resolver? Já conversei com Luciana, Gomes, Poliana, Alves, Mickael, Jéssica, Dinair (foi a única que deu atenção e enviou um funcionário para pelo menos ver o estado da cortina, mas sem resolução) e hoje por ultimo conversei com Camila. O pior, é ligar para o Gomes (supervisor) via Whatsapp/celular e ser ignorada, não ser atendida. MUITO TRISTE. Por favor, Marcelo, se o sr. ler essa avaliação, poderia entrar em contato comigo?
At the time of purchase, everyone is very helpful, but the after sale, for me, was terrible. We bought curtains and in less than 3 months they were faded. Since September/2021 until today 01/12/2022 I've been trying to solve it amicably, but no one brings a solution and, the worst, they lie, each one says something, throwing the client back and forth. That's not decent behavior. I believe in solving problems amicably and have been trying to do so, but I am extremely disappointed and seriously considering taking it to court. Could it be that only before the authorities, they bend? Other than that, I don't recommend it!!!! A lot of headaches because of the curtains. I'm trying to get in touch with the owner, Marcelo, but the staff won't let me. Maybe talking to him we can solve it? I already talked to Luciana, Gomes, Poliana, Alves, Mickael, Jéssica, Dinair (she was the only one who paid attention and sent an employee to at least see the state of the curtain, but without resolution) and today I finally talked to Camila. The worst is to call Gomes (supervisor) via Whatsapp/cell phone and be ignored, not answered. VERY SAD. Please Marcelo, if Mr. reading this review, could you contact me?
