★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total descaso com o cliente. Se você não quiser se arrepender e ter dor de cabeça, não ouse deixar seu carro nessa oficina (se é que podemos chamar assim), pois talvez o carro saia pior do que entrou.
A única coisa que funciona lá é o orçamento, que não demorou muito para o Sr. Pedro emitir, mas a partir daí é só fumo e dor de cabeça.
Pontualidade: Pegue o prazo que ele lhe deu e aumente de duas semanas a um mês pra ele entregar.
Serviço: Na minha experiência o serviço ficou porco, grosseiro, ainda arranharam meu carro em uma parte que eles disseram que foi pintada. Tão grosseiro a ponto deles fazerem a pintura e não fazer um polimento, dando diferença grotesca na cor.
Acabamento: Eles desmontam a parte que você quer reparar e pra montar é melhor você levar desmontado mesmo e montar em outro lugar, pois tudo ficou mal encaixado e solto, uma vergonha, até um amador faria melhor, tive que levar em um outro lugar pra remontarem.
E por fim, o preço, que pode parecer atraente, tendo em vista que em outros lugares você pode achar o preço um pouco mais caro, não muito, porém um pouco mais do que eles cobram. No final das contas você vai ver que o barato saiu caro e você vai se arrepender de não ter feito em outro lugar, pois o que eu posso afirmar é que a raiva que você passa quando você recebe o carro é como se tivessem lhe roubado, foi isso que me senti, roubado e enganado. E ainda saí com meu carro todo inacabado e me perguntando se ele estava pior quando deixei ou quando fui buscar.

The only thing that works there is the budget, which did not take long for Mr. Pedro to issue, but from then on it is just smoke and a headache.
Punctuality: Take the deadline he gave you and increase from two weeks to a month for him to deliver.
Service: In my experience the service was hoggy, rude, they even scratched my car in a part they said was painted. So coarse that they did the painting and didn't polish it, giving a grotesque difference in color.
Finishing: They disassemble the part you want to repair and to assemble you better take it disassembled and assemble it elsewhere, because everything was badly fitted and loose, a shame, even an amateur would do better, I had to take it somewhere else to reassemble.
And finally, the price, which may seem attractive, considering that in other places you may find the price a little more expensive, not much, but a little more than they charge. At the end of the day you will see that the cheap was expensive and you will regret not having done it elsewhere, because what I can say is that the anger you get when you receive the car is as if they had stolen you, that's what I felt, stolen and cheated. And I still went out with my car all unfinished and wondering if it was worse when I left it or when I went to get it.
