Fiz o pedido pelo Uber eat.
Pedindo 3 açaís, porém so veio 2.
Ligamos para Loja do Méier e atendente Douglas( completamente despreparado e preguiçoso) informou que nada poderia fazer pois elee prepararam o pedido correto seegundo ele e que nao tinha como fazer nada nem entrar em contato com entregador.. o q é impossível pois todo estabelecimento recebe nome o telefone de quem vai entregar e tem um aplicativo de Empresa. Falou q teriamos q reclamar com a Uber para ter o crédito e para ter o produto pedido que nao veio teriamos q fazer um novo pedido, aguardando novamente e pagando nova entrega, fora isso como Empresa nao poderia fazer nada.
Uber e a plataforma mais a responsabilidade de atender bem é do estabelecimento.
Pessimo atendimento! Perderam pelo menos 4 clientes e para quem puder falarei mau.

I placed an order for Uber eat.
Ordering 3 açaí, but only 2 came.
We called Loja do Méier and attendant Douglas (completely unprepared and lazy) informed that there was nothing he could do because he prepared the correct order according to him and that there was no way to do anything or contact a delivery person .. what is impossible because every establishment gets its name the phone number of those who will deliver and have a Company application. He said that we would have to complain to Uber to get the credit and to have the product ordered that didn't come, we would have to place a new order, waiting again and paying for a new delivery, other than that the Company could not do anything.
Uber and the platform plus the responsibility to serve well is the property.
Terrible attendance! They have lost at least 4 clients and for those who can I will speak badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O menu é muito completo, ótimas e variadas opções de complementos que por sinal bem descrito, e mesmo que não fosse, o atendimento é fora da curva de bom.
Todos muito atenciosos em solucionar minhas dúvidas a respeito da montagem açaí, ambiente climatizado com opção de algumas mesas externas. Vaga de moto grátis na frente, carro tem um bom estacionamento pago próximo. Ganharam um cliente!
The menu is very complete, great and varied options of complements that by the way well described, and even if it wasn't, the service is out of the curve.
Everyone was very attentive in solving my doubts about the assembly of açaí, an air-conditioned environment with the option of some outdoor tables. Free motorcycle parking space in front, car has good paid parking nearby. They won a customer!

Some ingredients were missing when I was there, but what was served was very tasty. The initial service could have been better, but it doesn't interfere with the experience of the environment.

"Best açaí in the world", says my daughter, non-stop, docked with a bowl of açaí!! Everyone here at home LOVES it!!! It's not that sweet, horribly sickening açaí. It is perfectly balanced with the complements. Worth the Price! I would give it 6 stars!!! ?
