Só tenho a agradecer a essa empresa, sou cliente a mais de um ano e sempre que preciso levo lá nessa loja!!!! Ano passado deixei meu Samsung cair na piscina e tudo tinha parado de funcionar, a tela estava manchada com umas listras piscando, a bateria não carregava e o som estava com muito xiado . Eu achava que ja tinha perdido meu aparelho e para meu desespero todas minhas fotos.. Até que minha filha me indicou essa loja onde tinha consertado o dela recentemente e em 5 dias eles resolveram meu problema e devolveram meu celular funcionando perfeitamente, fiquei feliz da vida!!! Morria de medo de perder anos e anos de fotos da minha vida. Desde lá, como tenho uma certa dificuldade com tecnologia, eu levo lá pro Rodrigo tirar minhas dúvidas (rsrs). Sempre limpam minha memória cheia, fazem backup de minhas fotos além de ajudarem a recuperar a senha do meu Facebook e isso sem me cobrar nada!!! Sou fã e agradecida pela paciência comigo rsrs e por resolver o meu problema que eu já imaginava não ter mais solução e o da minha filha anteriormente também!!! Um grande beijo da sua fiel cliente.
I just have to thank this company, I've been a customer for over a year and whenever I need it, I take it there to this store!!!! Last year I dropped my Samsung in the pool and everything had stopped working, the screen was smeared with flashing stripes, the battery wouldn't charge and the sound was very squeaking. I thought I had already lost my device and to my despair all my photos... Until my daughter referred me to this store where she had recently fixed hers and in 5 days they solved my problem and returned my cell phone working perfectly, I was happy!!! I was terrified of losing years and years of pictures of my life. Since then, as I have some difficulty with technology, I take it there to Rodrigo to clear up my doubts (lol). Always clear my full memory, backup my photos and help to recover my Facebook password and that without charging me!!! I'm a fan and grateful for the patience with me, lol and for solving my problem that I already imagined would not have a solution anymore, and my daughter's too!!! Não recomendo, serviços caros e de pessima qualidade, não consegue cumprir com os prazos estipulados, o celular após dois dias, voltou a dar defeito. A bateria que era muito boa, não segura mais carga. Mais de uma semana para resolver um problema simples. Péssimo atendimento, prometem brindes ao cliente, e não honra com a palavra.
I don't recommend it, expensive and poor quality services, you can't meet the stipulated deadlines, the cell phone after two days was defective again. The battery that was very good, no longer holds a charge. More than a week to solve a simple problem. Terrible service, promise freebies to the customer, and do not honor with the word.

Tive uma péssima experiência. Fui com meu celular que só carregava quando estava desligado. Eles trocaram a bateria e o problema persistiu. Além de a bateria ser incrivelmente curta, durava no MÁXIMO 6 horas. Me cobraram pra isso 210 reais. Voltei lá com essas duas queixas, eles trocaram a bateria e o problema continuou. Voltei lá mais uma vez e eles disseram que teria que trocar a placa de carregamento, que custaria mais 210 reais. Bati o pé de que não pagaria por outro serviço, que eles tinham que ter feito o diagnóstico antes e eles disseram que tinham trocado a bateria novamente e como cortesia para mim haviam trocado também o conector de carregamento que era o que estava causando o problema de não carregar ligado. A bataria continuava durando apenas 6 horas e quando confrontei eles com a informação de que o mínimo esperado de duração dessa bateria era de 12 horas, eles disseram que isso era "pra celulares novos, esse já estava usado, perdi eficiência." Aceitei e comprei um carregador portátil pra compensar. Passaram-se mais um tempo e o conector simplesmente parou de funcionar. Depois de alguma discussão sobre se eles iriam cobrir isso com garantia ou não (notem, eles trocaram o conector pelo que parou de funcionar sem eu nem autorizar), eles me disseram pra ir lá que me mostrariam que o conector estava funcionando normalmente. Fui lá com 3 cabos diferentes que eu tinha em casa. Ao chegar lá, para a surpresa deles, o celular não carregava com o cabo deles. Testaram um, outro, e o terceiro carregou. Justificativa deles ? "Depois de consertar, é assim mesmo, nem todo cabo funciona". Informação que eu acho que deveriam me dizer antes de consertar, certo ? Me deram o cabo que funcionou. Passaram-se mais alguns meses... esse cabo também parou de funcionar. Aí eu desisti do celular. Já tava de saco cheio de voltar lá e eles não resolverem. Um tempo depois eu achei online vendendo a placa de carregamento por 35 e a bateria por 45. Comprei os dois. Um amigo que mexe com isso trocou para mim e o celular está perfeito por 80 reais. Detalhe: sabe a bateria que durava 6 horas pq o celular "não é novo"? Pois bem, a que eu comprei pela internet está com 50% nesse exato momento depois de ligada por 17 horas e 43 minutos. Péssima experiência com a loja, perdi 210 reais atoa e poderia ter sido o dobro!!

I went there with 3 different cables I had at home. When I got there, to their surprise, the cell phone didn't charge with their cable. They tested one, the other, and the third charged. Their justification? "Once it's fixed, it's like that, not every cable works." Information that I think I should be told before fixing it, right? They gave me the cable that worked. A few more months passed... this cable also stopped working. Then I gave up on the cell phone. I was already sick of going back there and they didn't settle. A while later I found it online selling the charging plate for 35 and the battery for 45. I bought both. A friend who messes with this exchanged it for me and the cell phone is perfect for 80 reais. Detail: do you know the battery that lasted 6 hours because the cell phone "is not new"? Well, the one I bought online has 50% right now after being turned on for 17 hours and 43 minutes. Bad experience with the store, I lost 210 reais for nothing and could have been twice as much!!

Bem o atendimento foi padrão nada a reclamar, levei o meu cel lá para arrumar o botão power do Asus e me cobraram 280,00, achei o preço alto, mas tudo bem pois precisava do Cel, trocaram o botão depois de 1 semana já que tiveram que pedir e não tinham a peça, mas depois que peguei o Cel e reparei que partes do Touch não funcionavam, mas o botão estava ok, o Cel voltou para a assistência ficou uns dias na loja e disseram que ia demorar pois não achavam a tela para testar e etc... Peguei o Cel de volta como estava e decidi comprar um Cel novo, pois pelos cálculos caso fosse necessário trocar a tela que não tinha defeito antes e fossem cobrar por ela, o valor que gastei no botão, aborrecimento que fosse ter e caso fosse ter um novo problema em um aparelho já com 4 anos de uso, achei melhor comprar um novo saiu mais barato no final comprar outro. Dica é se o aparelho tiver mais de 2 anos tiver problemas e levar o Cel para reparar e o custo começar alto e voltar para retrabalho... Melhor comprar um novo e mais atualizado, sai mais barato e se aborrece menos.
Well the service was standard, nothing to complain, I took my cell there to fix the Asus power button and they charged me 280.00, I thought the price was high, but it was ok because I needed the Cell, they changed the button after 1 week since they had to ask and they didn't have the part, but after I got the Cel and I noticed that parts of the Touch didn't work, but the button was ok, Cel went back to the assistance and stayed in the store for a few days and they said it would take a while because they couldn't find the screen to test and etc... I took the Cel back as it was and decided to buy a new Cel, because by the calculations if it was necessary to change the screen that had no defect before and they would charge for it, the amount I spent on the button, annoyance that I was going to have and if I were to have a new problem in a device with 4 years of use, I thought it was better to buy a new one, it was cheaper in the end to buy another one. Tip is if the device is more than 2 years old and has problems and take the Cel to repair and the cost starts high and goes back to rework... Better buy a new and more updated one, it's cheaper and you're less bored.

Levei o celular da minha mãe na loja conserta smart do Méier e fui muito bem atendida pelos meninos, amei!!! Celular da minha mãe eu já tinha levado em outras duas lojas para tentar consertar, porque ele tinha caído no vaso sanitário e todas as outras lojas diziam a mesma coisa que tinha que trocar a placa e sempre ficava um valor absurdo de pagar, liguei para loja deles no Méier e me pediram para que eu fosse até a loja para pode ser feito o orçamento, me deram até o final do dia para passar o orçamento, não imaginava que eles iriam passar tão rápido o orçamento! Lembra as outras lojas que passaram valores absurdos? Eles me cobraram R$ 150,00 para resolver o problema do celular da minha mãe e me entregaram no dia seguinte. Parabéns pelo até atendimento, pela rapidez e pela honestidade no trabalho. Super indico vocês.
