★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super satisfeita com a loja ..comprei um guarda roupas com o vendedor Carlos e fui super bem atendida pelo mesmo, fui com uma ideia de compra , e ao chegar lá fui convencida a comprar um móvel maior, melhor e mais barato que o que eu imaginava...me entregou antes do prazo prometido e montaram no dia seguinte...estou muito satisfeita com a loja e com o excelente atendimento do vendedor Carlos....foi tudo perfeito... parabéns Mário Móveis....super recomendo..
 Super satisfied with the store .. I bought a wardrobe with the seller Carlos and I was very well attended by him, I went with a purchase idea, and when I got there I was convinced to buy a bigger, better and cheaper piece of furniture than what I did. I imagined ... delivered it to me before the promised deadline and they set it up the next day ... I am very satisfied with the store and with the excellent service from the seller Carlos .... it was all perfect ... congratulations Mário Móveis .... super I recommend..

O produto veio com defeito eu ia na loja reclamar e me trataram muito mal e davam uma data para trocar e ficaram me enrolando até passar o período de troca . Perdi meu dinheiro e fiquem sem mesa . Só vejo passoas reclamando . Não merece nenhuma estrela, mas para postar é necessário ao menos de uma.?

The product came defective, I went to the store to complain and they treated me very badly and gave me a date to change and they kept me rolling until the exchange period passed. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendente Carlos foi super gentil durante o atendimento. Seu Mário (dono da loja) é uma graça de pessoa que nos atendeu bem e até deu desconto no produto que compramos. A entrega ocorreu no dia em que agendamos e a montagem também. Super recomendo! Produto de qualidade.
The attendant Carlos was super kind during the service. Seu Mário (the store owner) is a kind person who served us well and even gave us a discount on the product we bought. Delivery took place on the day we scheduled and assembly as well. I highly recommend it! Quality product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na Mário Móveis por diversas vezes e no último dia 11 de junho/2021, fui extremamente bem atendido pelo Vendedor sr. Carlos (e Vinicius) e fechei negócio com uma compra de móveis de quarto (02 guarda-roupas, cama e colchão de casal, dois criados-mudos e uma cômoda), além de um rack para TV.
O atendimento foi excelente, foram bastante flexíveis nas negocições de preço e condições de pagamento e foram extremamente ágeis na entrega e montagem dos móveis.
Ressalto também que fiquei muito satisfeito com a qualidade dos móveis e com o serviço de montagem, onde os montadores Tiago e Rodrigo foram muito profissionais, cuidadosos, atenciosos e rápidos...!!!
Nota 10 para a MÁRIO MÓVEIS, que aliás conheço desde há muito tempo quando ainda era Móveis XV de Novembro aqui em Santo André e já era de propriedade do atual dono da loja sr.Mário.
PARABÉNS A TODOS...!!!!

I've been at Mário Móveis several times and on June 11, 2021, I was extremely well attended by the Seller, mr. Carlos (and Vinicius) and I closed a deal with a purchase of bedroom furniture (02 wardrobes, double bed and mattress, two nightstands and a dresser), in addition to a TV rack.
The service was excellent, they were very flexible in negotiating prices and payment terms and were extremely agile in the delivery and assembly of furniture.
I also emphasize that I was very satisfied with the quality of the furniture and the assembly service, where the assemblers Tiago and Rodrigo were very professional, careful, attentive and fast...!!!
Note 10 to MÁRIO MÓVEIS, which I have known for a long time when it was Móveis XV de Novembro here in Santo André and was already owned by the current owner of the store, Mr. Mário.
