★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente minha experiencia com esta loja não e boa fiz uma compra em 27/04 com prazo de entrega para 15 dias , ou seja até 11/05 e hoje dia 23/05 12 dias após o prazo informado e anotado em meu pedido nada do móvel e a Sra Fátima proprietária da Loja só sabe dar desculpas esfarrapadas alegando que o problema e da FABRICA, na verdade o problema e dela eu não comprei nada da FABRICA e sim da CÉU AZUL ESTOFADOS loja que ela representa e administra, não posso ficar a merce de uma simples resposta assim, pois se tivesse comprado parcelado e atrasado 12 dias para pagar com certeza ela ja teria me negativado no SPC, estaria cobrando juros e tudo que tem direito mesmo que eu alegasse que o problema do atraso era da empresa que não me pagou........Então meus amigos esta loja só deve de ser boa se vc sair de lá com o móvel debaixo do braço porque até mesmo no que se diz respeito a atendimento esta Sra Fátima tem muito que aprender, vamos ver se este móvel chega mesmo até amanhã como ela me disse a pouco ou é mais uma mentira, ainda quer que eu acredite em um imprevisto de 13 dias a so por DEUS, para receber ela não teve problemas foi na hora agora entregar o que promete..........
Unfortunately my experience with this store is not good I made a purchase on 04/27 with delivery period for 15 days, that is until 11/05 and today, 05/23 12 days after the deadline informed and noted in my order nothing of the furniture and Mrs. Fátima the store owner only knows how to give ragged excuses by claiming that the problem and the FACTORY, in fact the problem and from her I did not buy anything from the FABRICA but from the BLUE SKY STORE store that she represents and manages, I can not be at merce of a simple answer so, because if I had bought installments and delayed 12 days to pay for sure she would have already denied me in the SPC, would be charging interest and everything that is entitled even if I claimed that the problem of delay was the company that did not paid ........ So my friends this shop should only be good if you leave there with the mobile under your arm because even in regards to attendance this Mrs. Fatima has much to learn, let's see if this mobile even comes up tomorrow as she told me a little or it's more of a lie, she still wants me to believe in an unforeseen 13 days only by GOD, to receive she had no problems it was now to deliver what she promises ....... ...
