★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tentando entrar em contato, minha secretaria tentou ver alguns apartamentos, o atendimento no telefone foi maravilhoso mas a atendente Alana é 100% despreparada, nada profissional e nao consegue sequer responder uma pergunta simples, talvez eu seja tratada de uma forma "qualquer" por ter aparencia de uma menina nova, mas eu gostaria de ver algo para morar, gostaria de ter um bom atendimento e gostaria que tudo fosse mais claro, a proposta inicial assim que se abre o site é "Uma equipe de corretores preparados para conduzir negociações imobiliárias." sendo que eu nao vi preparação ALGUMA, ainda possuo interesse nos imoveis e gostaria de ser bem atendida por um profissional competente, se é que existe um nessa imobiliaria. Logo mais, apos ser bem atendida, posso retirar a reclamação, mas até que isso nao seja resolvido, ela permanece! Não tolero que nenhum funcionario meu seja tratado com descaso. Não recomendo!

" being that I have not seen any preparation, I still have an interest in real estate and would like to be well attended by a competent professional, if there is one in this real estate. Soon, after being well attended, I can withdraw the complaint, but until this is not resolved, it remains! I do not tolerate that any employee of mine is treated with disregard. I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior imobiliária que conheço. Não são transparentes com os locatários e nem com os proprietários dos imóveis. Conseguimos o contato do proprietário do imóvel que tínhamos interesse e percebemos a falta de profissionalismo. Desistimos do imóvel que gostamos simplesmente por não querer nenhum tipo de vínculo com a Marka Imóveis.
Worst real estate I know. They are not transparent with tenants or property owners. We were able to contact the owner of the property we were interested in and we noticed the lack of professionalism. We gave up the property we like simply for not wanting any kind of link with Marka Imóveis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremamente decepcionado com esta imobiliária. Escolhi um imóvel para locação através do portal viva real e fui até a imobiliária. Me informaram um valor X e pediram a documentação para eu fazer a proposta. Fiz uma proposta e a imobiliária me disse que o proprietário estava irredutível. Aceitei os termos iniciais e após esperar uns dias a Marka me informou que minha documentação não foi aprovada, sendo que eu preenchia todos os requisitos. Perguntei o que era, para que eu pudesse corrigir, e simplesmente me falaram que o "jurídico" não falava o motivo. Fui até o prédio e consegui contato do proprietário. Expliquei o acontecido pois ainda gostaria de alugar o imóvel. Ele me disse que o valor informado pela imobiliária estava errado e foi extremamente solícito com minha proposta, tirando até 100 reais da locação. Faltou transparência e honestidade por parte da Marka Imóveis, não gostaria de ter que lidar com a empresa novamente.
Extremely disappointed in this real estate. I chose a rental property through the viva real portal and went to the real estate agency. I accepted the initial terms and after waiting a few days Marka informed me that my documentation was not approved and that I met all the requirements. I asked what it was, so that I could correct it, and they simply told me that the "legal" didn't say why. I went to the building and got contact from the owner. I explained what happened because I would still like to rent the property. He told me that the value informed by the real estate agency was wrong and was extremely helpful with my proposal, taking up to 100 reais from the lease. Marka Imóveis lacked transparency and honesty, I would not like to have to deal with the company again.
