We rented a property in Juiz de Fora through Nogueira Imóveis in 2016, for our student daughter at UFJF to live, and now with the end of the course and consequently the contract, I have only praise for the real estate, which has always served us very efficiently!! ! I love living here. But it's been 4 years since I've lived here, and in these 4 years the hall lamp is broken, they never repaired it.

No meu caso, o apartamento precisava de umas reformas e elas foram feitas dentro do prazo estipulado. Além disso, toda a documentação foi resolvida online, e sem nenhum tipo de complicação.
