Fui fazer a troca de presente , fui mau atendida e ao reclamar do atendimento fui agredida verbalmente pela gerente da loja... com expressões como "troca é cortesia"; "Esses 29.90 não pagam o salário da vendedora ", entre outros....
Prefiro nem escrever mais para não me estressar ao lembrar da situação.

 Lousy experience! This evaluating the São Bernardo do Campo store. I went to make the gift exchange, I was poorly attended and when I complained about the service I was verbally assaulted by the store manager ... with expressions like "exchange is complimentary"; "These 29.90 do not pay the salesperson's salary", among others ....
I prefer not to write anymore to avoid stressing myself when I remember the situation.
