★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recebe via cartão, mesmo sendo débito, deixando muito inseguro os inquilinos. E causando na maioria das vezes o risco de ser assaltado andando com valores consideráveis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo lugar para se alugar um imóvel! Corretor não aparece e não avisa. Recepção passa informações erradas.
Coitado do proprietário que coloca casa pra alugar lá, porque eles não se mexem nadinha pra alaugar coisa alguma.
Se vc não pedir uma resposta da imobiliária ela NUNCA vai te dar uma resposta sobre algo que vc está aguardando!!!
Só lamento. E gostaria muito de poder conversar com alguém de maior responsabilidade alí dentro para esclarecer todas as dúvidas que a atendente nunca sabe esclarecer e sempre joga uma resposta qualquer e depois muda a opinião.

If you don't ask for an answer from the real estate agent she will NEVER give you an answer about something you are waiting for !!!
I'm just sorry. And I would very much like to be able to talk to someone with greater responsibility in there to clarify any doubts that the attendant never knows how to clarify and always plays any answer and then changes her opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imobiliária horrível, atendimento péssimo não dá resposta pra gente, passamos o dia todo esperando uma resposta e nada, nós msm tem q ligar pra saber se deu certo ou não, fica emburando um pro outro lá dentro e ninguém resolve nada... Fiquei mais de 15 dias esperando uma resposta deles, tentei com fiador não deu certo, então resolvi dar calção ficaram enrolando e por fim disse q não dava pra ser calção pq o proprietário não aceitava, mas eu conhecia o proprietário e ele aceitava sim, e por fim quem não queria alugar cm calção era eles... Enfim são péssimos não tão nem aí pra nada, preguiçosos...
Horrible real estate, terrible service does not give us an answer, we spent all day waiting for an answer and nothing, we msm have to call to find out if it worked or not, we keep stumbling around inside and nobody solves anything... 15 days waiting for an answer from them, I tried with guarantor, it didn't work, so I decided to give shorts, they got stuck and finally I said it couldn't be shorts because the owner didn't accept it, but I knew the owner and he accepted yes, and finally they were the ones who didn't want to rent shorts... Anyway, they're terrible, they don't care about anything, lazy people...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, fizeram eu correr atrás de inúmeros documentos e no final falaram que o dono não aceitou a minha renda, sendo que estava alugando uma casa de 750 reais com uma renda de 3000, detalhe com tenho fiador e tudo. Não quer alugar, recepcionista muito mal educada.

Demoram pra responder, passam informações erradas, nunca sabem com quem estão falando, malemá agradecem quando é feito o pagamento do aluguel, sem contar nos clientes que tem, tudo bando de louco. Se pudesse votar em -5 essa seria minha nota. Tenho alguns prints aqui mas não vale a pena o esforça de postar. Não recomendo hoje nem nunca
Worst real estate I've ever had contact with. They take a long time to respond, give wrong information, they never know who they're talking to, malemá are grateful when the rent is paid, not to mention the clients they have, all crazy people. If I could vote -5 that would be my grade. I have some prints here but it's not worth the effort to post. I don't recommend it today or ever
