★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assim q passei o orçamento..perguntei se entregava em sampaio..o vendedor me respondeu que sim(segunda, quarta e sexta) blz..qd foi na terça dia 12/05/20 liguei para confirmar meu pedido..disse q nao teria entrega na quarta dia 13/05/20..eu fui e falei q iria decidir com eletricista q voltaria o contato...como estava com pressa de alguns materiais comprei o necessário em outra loja..e quando foi na quinta 14/05/20 passei um zap perguntando se teria a entrega na sexta dia 15/05/20 para Sampaio disseram q sim..então passei o pedido do restante do material q tinha pedido..o vendedor respondeu q estaria almoçando qd retornasse iria me passar....enfim indignada esperando até a data de hj 17/05/20 e só visualizaram o zap sábado dia 16/05/20 a noite...falta de respeito com cliente..o mínimo q poderiam ter feito era falar igual fez na terça q não daria para atender....
So q spent the budget..asked if it was delivered in sampaio..the seller replied yes (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) blz..qd was on Tuesday 05/12/20 I called to confirm my order..said no would have delivery on the fourth day 05/13 / 20..I went and said that I would decide with an electrician that I would get back in touch ... as I was in a hurry for some materials I bought what was needed at another store..and when it was on Thursday 14 / 05/20 I spent a zap asking if there would be delivery on Friday, 05/15/20 to Sampaio they said yes ... so I passed the order for the rest of the material I had ordered ... the seller replied that he would be having lunch when he returned would pass me .... finally indignant waiting until the date of 05/17/20 and only saw the zap on Saturday, 05/16/20 at night ... lack of respect with the client..the least they could have done was to talk the same did on Tuesday q would not give to meet ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre com ótimo atendimento e variedades em materias para casa( matetiais elétricos, hidráulicos, e etc.). O chato é ter que voltar várias vezes para pegar o produto encomendado qur não chega. Então compre o que tiver que comprar na hora, talves você encomende e não chegue também. ???
Always with great service and varieties in home materials (electrical, hydraulic, etc.). The annoying thing is that you have to come back several times to get the product ordered that doesn't arrive. So buy what you have to buy on time, maybe you order and don't arrive too. ???
