Marquei a massagem bioenergética, conversamos muito. No dia estava com crise de enxaqueca, super estressada por conta da correria do dia a dia e estresse de muitas horas de trabalho. A massagem foi incrível! Sai de lá com sensação de levitar e muito leve, foi extremamente revigorante e relaxante… Tive uma semana super em paz e me sentindo leve.
Óbvio que já agendei a próxima!
Sara is an amazing human being! Professional side not even mentioned… I've wanted to meet her for some time.
I booked the bioenergetic massage, we talked a lot. On the day I had a migraine attack, super stressed because of the day-to-day rush and stress of many hours of work. The massage was amazing! I left there with a feeling of levitation and very light, it was extremely invigorating and relaxing… I had a super peaceful week and feeling light.
Obviously I've already scheduled the next one!

Ela usa sprays aromáticos, uma música muito relaxante que já leva a gente pro relaxamento completo e a massagem é muito revigorante mesmo!
É uma terapia completa de limpeza e relaxamento, não se resume só em massagem é praticamente uma cirurgia espiritual
Ela explicou que a massagem bioenergética é uma limpeza, eu estava com dores na lombar e com um cansaço acumulado e hoje eu não estou sentindo nenhuma dor!
Quando eu me levantei já percebi a minha coluna muito mais ereta e a postura estava super confortável, é incrível gente
No momento da massagem a gente percebe direitinho onde o corpo está precisando, o músculo contrai e dói um pouco mas no final da sessão eu não sentia mais dor alguma!
O espaço também é super aconchegante, descontraído, ela faz uma conversa antes pra entender até o motivo das dores que você tá sentindo e acho que isso faz o diferencial completo, ela é super carismática e tem uma bagagem gigante sobre essas técnicas e a terapia Reiki (limpeza da energia vital)

Sara is an amazing professional, it was the first time I had a massage and I'm sure I'll be back more often. I did the bioenergetic massage and I highly recommend it! She uses aromatic sprays, a very relaxing music that already takes us to complete relaxation and the massage is really invigorating!
