★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Pessoas de má fé, ignorantes e falsos. São muito educados quando convém, porém após assinatura de contrato perdem totalmente a linha e só se preocupam com os próprios interesses e que se dane o cliente. Nada profissional, atendentes gritaram com o maior pouco caso. Desumano. Não acreditem em nada que eles falarem, não possuem palavra e vão te deixar na mão assim que precisarem. Não recomendo nunca!!!
 Terrible attendance. People of bad faith, ignorant and false. They are very polite when it suits them, but after signing a contract they completely lose track and are only concerned with their own interests and damn the customer. Unprofessional, attendants yelled at the slightest bit of case. Inhuman. Do not believe anything they say, they have no word and will let you down as soon as they need to. Never recommend!!!

Havíamos negociado tudo, faltava apenas assinar o contrato por parte deles e, em cima da hora, faltando pouco para começarem as aulas, cancelaram o contrato sem um motivo plausível. Faltaram com responsabilidade, compromisso e palavra comigo e minha amiga. Além disso, depois de resolvido (com muita má vontade), nos trataram mal com grosseria e falta de educação. Péssimo!
Bad real estate! I don't recommend it to anyone! We had negotiated everything, all that was left was to sign the contract on their part and, at the last minute, just before classes started, they canceled the contract without a plausible reason. They lacked responsibility, commitment and words with me and my friend. Furthermore, after it was resolved (very grudgingly), they treated us badly with rudeness and impoliteness. Terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não possuem respeito algum pelas pessoas. Ignorância é um ponto alto. Só vão lhe tratar bem se for do interesse de fechar um contrato e também se você for rico. Se você procura por respeito, bom atendimento, e não possui alta condição financeira evite problemas. Selecionam quem vão tratar bem ou não. Gerente levantou a voz para mim, sendo que em momento algum faltei com respeito, só estava pedindo por explicações já que fizeram maior palhaçada comigo na porta do apartamento com a mudança. Má índole. O mínimo que esperava era honestidade, mas isso com certeza não recebi.
They have no respect for people. Ignorance is a high point. They will only treat you well if it is in the interest of closing a contract and also if you are rich. If you are looking for respect, good service, and do not have high financial condition, avoid problems. They select who will treat them well or not. Manager raised his voice to me, and at no time I failed with respect, I was just asking for explanations as they made a bigger fool of myself at the door of the apartment with the move. Bad natured. The least I expected was honesty, but I certainly didn't get that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendi recentemente um lote com o Eduardo, da Masson Imóveis. A experiência foi ótima, mesmo eu não estando em Juiz de Fora, o Eduardo resolveu todas as pendências burocráticas e com o comprador, não me dando nenhum trabalho. Certamente eu utilizaria os serviços da imobiliária novamente.
I recently sold a lot with Eduardo, from Masson Imóveis. The experience was great, even though I'm not in Juiz de Fora, Eduardo resolved all the bureaucratic issues and with the buyer, not giving me any work. I would certainly use the real estate services again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente agem de má fé. Tentaram cobrar vários reparos em um apartamento que já existiam no momento da locação, tivemos que contar com o bom senso do proprietário. Se querem evitar problemas, evitem essa imobiliária, só dor de cabeça!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só não dou zero estrela, porque não tem opção. Me entregaram um imóvel "normal" exteriormente, mas um lixo interior. Cheio de problemas elétrico, hidráulico. Até que por fim se tornou insalubre pra mim. E mesmo descobrindo uma gravidez de risco, onde precisei sair por esse motivo, não houve qualquer empatia em nenhum momento por parte da imobiliária. Não recomendo! Definitivamente, procurem outro estabelecimento.
I just do not give zero star because you have no option. They gave me a "normal" property outwardly, but an inner trash. Full of electrical, hydraulic problems. Until finally became unhealthy for me. And even discovering a risk pregnancy, where I needed to leave for that reason, there was no empathy at no time on the part of real estate. I do not recommend! Definitely look for another establishment.
