★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pré natal do meu filho nesta clínica e ganhei bebê no Hospital deles também, e ainda sigo passando com a pediatra da clínica! Gosto muito do atendimento humanizado respeitoso e cuidadoso que eles tem com todos os pacientes, além do compromisso com a qualidade de atendimento e horário agendado.
 I did my son's prenatal care at this clinic and I got a baby at their hospital too, and I'm still going through the clinic's pediatrician! I really like the respectful and careful humanized care that they have with all patients, in addition to the commitment to quality of care and scheduled time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um dos piores lugares da cidade para ser atendido, proctologista dr Marcelo horrível, demorou tbm 1 hr e 20min para chama pulou a vez minha vez, não tem organização. E tem setor de pediatria varias crianças chorando no mesmo ambiente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há 20 dias marquei uma consulta com a Dra Alessandra Esteves, CRM 86279, para hoje, 23 de abril de 21, às 15:15 hs. Cheguei as 14:45 hs. Fiz a triagem e passei a aguardar. Passados mais ou menos 45 minutos procurei saber o que houve, foi aí que me disseram que a Dra atrasou o atendimento hoje e que eu poderia ficar tranquilo pois eu era o próximo a ser atendido. Passados mais 15 além dos 45 ela chamou outro paciente. Pergunto: o que faz a Dra pensar que eu sou uma pessoa que tem tempo a perder? Cheguei antes do horário, aguardei mais de 1 hora e tive que me retirar sem atendimento. Se fosse para suportar essa humilhação eu não teria que aderir ao um convênio caríssimo da Amil. Eu entenderia essa situação na rede pública de saúde. Não espero que essa situação mude com a minha reclamação e a falta de respeito que vivi hoje, mas, fica aqui registrado a minha indignação.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei com a maravilhosa Dra Alessandra. Gostei do atendimento no whatsapp. Recepcionistas maravilhosas, na triagem também, no café também, a coxinha também kkk e hoje descobri que o maravilhoso Dr Luiz Guilherme atende lá. :D
