★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrível! Minha mãe foi ter bebê nessa maternidade eles nem deram toda atenção necessária para ela. Minha mãe chegou lá de meia noite se queixando de muita dor e querendo ter cesaria, passou o resto da noite sentindo dores. Quando foi pela manhã já
não aguentando mais de tanta dor ela mandou chamar a médica, mas, ela não foi pois estava tomando café. E as enfermeiras dizendo que minha mãe estava nervosa, que o bebê não iria nascer naquela hora e mandou ela ir andar um pouco no corredor (ainda bem que ela não foi senão o menino tinha caído). Acabou que o meu irmão nasceu na maca onde ela estava deitada, só estava ela e o marido na sala, quando ele gritou dizendo que o menino estava nascendo foi quando as enfermeiras acreditaram e vinheram tudo correndo e quando chegaram lá o menino já tinha completamente nascido só fizeram mesmo tirar da maca e corta o umbigo belical, a médica então... nem se fala, chegou la toda despreparada de cabelo solto e colocando luva nas presas. A gente ficou muito triste, pois confiamos na maternidade, a gente está com muitas expectativas para esse nascimento, gravar tirar foto e tudo, mas, não aconteceu nada, nem vídeo eles deixavam fazem (pois o que aconteceu ali estava tudo errado.), nem a pulseirinha do menino que minha mãe deixou cair de baixo da cama e não conseguiu pegar eles guardaram, jogaram fora na hora. Foi só o tempo da gente chegar em casa e da falta da pulseira, ligamos na hora, mas já tinham jogado fora, foi uma verdadeira decepção. Mas graças a Deus ele nasceu com saúde.

no longer withstanding so much pain, she sent for the doctor, but she didn't go because she was drinking coffee. And the nurses saying that my mother was nervous, that the baby wouldn't be born at that time and told her to go for a walk in the hallway (thankfully she didn't go or the boy had fallen). It turned out that my brother was born on the stretcher where she was lying, only she and her husband were in the room, when he shouted saying that the boy was being born, that was when the nurses believed and everything came running and when they got there the boy was already fully born they just had to take it off the stretcher and cut the belly button, the doctor then... don't even mention it, she arrived there all unprepared with her hair down and putting gloves on her fangs. We were very sad, because we trusted the maternity hospital, we have high expectations for this birth, recording, taking a picture and everything, but nothing happened, they didn't even let the video do it (because what happened there was all wrong.), not even the little boy's bracelet that my mother dropped under the bed and couldn't catch, they put it away. It was just time for us to get home and the lack of the bracelet, we called right away, but they had already thrown it away, it was a real disappointment. But thank God he was born healthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência!! Tive meu filho em setembro, e fui mt mal atendida, deixam vc sofrer mt pra poder tomar uma atitude ! As enfermeiras não são das melhores, ficam falando das intimidades das pacientes, são sem paciência com os bbs, e ainda ficam falando de vc na frente de todo mundo juntamente com as outras “profissionais” ! E isso não aconteceu só cmg não, foi cm todas as meninas q eu conheci lá dentro, todas sem exceção tinham queixas das enfermeiras e técnicas … a assistente social ainda dar razão as enfermeiras/téc. medíocres q tive o desprazer de conhecer ! Para quem vai ficar na araken, desejo mt sorte e paciência , sem falar q até então não aceitam acompanhantes por mais de 12hrs e tbm não te ajudam em ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA e nem deixam o acompanhante entrar para ajudar .
Bad experience!! I had my son in September, and I was badly assisted, let you suffer a lot to be able to take action! The nurses are not the best, they talk about the patients' intimacies, they have no patience with the bbs, and they still talk about you in front of everyone along with the other “professionals”! And that didn't just happen, it was all the girls I met there, all without exception had complaints from the nurses and technicians… the social worker still agrees with the nurses/technicians. mediocre that I had the displeasure of knowing! For those who will stay at Araken, I wish you luck and patience, not to mention that until then they don't accept companions for more than 12hrs and they don't help you with ABSOLUTELY NOTHING and don't even let the companion come in to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior maternidade que já vi na minha vida .. atendimento lixo , médicos de baixa qualidade, começando pelos os recepcionista pessoas desqualificada e sem um pingo de respeito pelos os pacientes, sem máscara e em plena pandemia com um novo surto viral ... Em fim .... maternidade lixo ... médicos lixo ..... Zero , zero para todos os requisitos....
The worst maternity hospital I've ever seen in my life .. rubbish care, low quality doctors, starting with the receptionist people disqualified and without a shred of respect for patients, without a mask and in the middle of a pandemic with a new viral outbreak... end....garbage maternity...junk doctors.....Zero, zero for all requirements....

My friend had a cesarean delivery there she had to go upstairs the stitches opened , she got infected there was no one to help because they do not allow a companion she was suffering for 15 days she is alive with the baby because God is in her life

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deveriam fechar esse maternidade, não tem elevador, com menos de 24 horas após a cesariana tive que subir um andar de escadas e após 48 horas tive que descer dois andares de escadas.
Os médicos são extremamente ignorantes, quase morri na sala de parto e os médico não dirigiram uma palavra a mim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei morrendo de medo pelos comentários negativos, mas fui muito bem atendida, acho que vem de experiência e turno. A médica, as pediatras e enfermeiras que me atenderam foram ótimas, me ajudaram bastante no parto e pós parto, dedicadas. Trataram minha bebê muito bem. Nem sei o nome delas mas sou grata a cada uma que me atendeu. ?? Só os recepcionistas que não tive a experiência boa, tratam a pessoa de qualquer jeito.
I was scared to death by the negative comments, but I was very well attended, I think it comes from experience and shift. The doctor, pediatricians and nurses who attended me were great, they helped me a lot during delivery and postpartum, dedicated. They treated my baby very well. I don't even know their names but I'm grateful to each one who answered me. ?? Only the receptionists I didn't have the good experience treat the person anyway.
