★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento da recepção é sempre feito com má educação e atendentes de mau humor, pela segunda vez consecutiva marcaram minha consulta e eu chego na maternidade e não tem atendimento! Funcionário Fernando marcou meu retorno com a doutora Prycilla para 11/10 sendo que é ponto facultativo, passei a manhã ligando pra confirmar e não tive retorno, sai de pipa e fui ate Natal para dar de cara com a maternidade sem funcionários e os poucos que tinham mal davam informação!
Reception service is always done with bad manners and the attendants in a bad mood, for the second time in a row they have scheduled my appointment and I arrive at the maternity unit and there is no service! Employee Fernando scheduled my return with Dr. Prycilla for 10/11 and it is optional, I spent the morning calling to confirm and had no return, I left the kite and went to Natal to find maternity hospitals without employees and the few that they had barely given information!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mim chamo Marciana hoje com 31 anos ,aos 16 anos tive uma gravidez e nasceu faltando uma semana pra 7 meses,até hoje nunca vi esse bebê ,nem soube o que aconteceu,isso é uma irresponsabilidade do hospital pq eu deveria ter levado meu filho vivo ou morto.
Sempre tentei procurar uma resposta mas nunca obtive nada.
My name is Marciana today at 31 years old, at 16 I had a pregnancy and was born one week to 7 months, I have never seen this baby until today, I didn't even know what happened, this is irresponsible for the hospital because I should have taken my son alive or dead.
I always tried to look for an answer but never got anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui para maternidade Januário Cicco, pela primeira vez, pois estava com sangramento gestacional. Na recepção, ok, dei todos os meus dados e aguardei atendimento por uns 40 min. Ao ser chamada, fui contar ao “médico” sobre o que estava acontecendo, e durante, ele me cortou e perguntou onde eu moro, e disse que na zona norte. Imediatamente ele me perguntou pq não procurei o hospital de Santa Catarina? E eu fiquei sem entender. Foi aí que tive a surpresa dele me informar que eles não atendem zona norte, e só fazem USS de urgência, que meu caso não era urgência, por isso procurasse outro hospital. Eu fiquei sem acreditar no que eu estava ouvindo! Imediatamente fui para a maternidade Araken, que me atenderam prontamente, inclusive fazendo minha USS! Nota zero para o atendimento desse médico preguiçoso e negligente!!!!!
I went to the Januário Cicco maternity hospital for the first time, because I had gestational bleeding. At the reception, ok, I gave all my data and waited for service for about 40 min. When I was called, I went to tell the “doctor” about what was happening, and during, he cut me off and asked where I live, and said that in the north zone. Immediately he asked me why didn't I look for the hospital in Santa Catarina? And I didn't understand. That's when I was surprised by him to inform me that they don't serve the north area, and only do emergency USS, that my case was not an emergency, so I looked for another hospital. I couldn't believe what I was hearing! Immediately I went to the Araken maternity hospital, which attended me promptly, including making my USS! Zero note for the care of this lazy and negligent doctor!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei por um pico de hipertensão e fui encaminhada para a maternidade em questão. Fui muito bem atendida por todos, tive que passar por uma cesárea de emergência, minha filha nasceu bem e cheia de saúde. Fomos muito bem cuidadas por toda a equipe. Só tenha que agradecer a Deus por ter colocado pessoas tão maravilhosas e humanas na minha vida. Deus abençoe a todos vcs ??❤️
I went through a peak of hypertension and was referred to the maternity hospital in question. I was very well taken care of by everyone, I had to undergo an emergency cesarean section, my daughter was born well and healthy. We were very well looked after by the entire team. I just have to thank God for putting such wonderful and human people in my life. God bless you all ??❤️
