★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui à clínica com crise de urticária , De. Fred me atendeu e recebi medicamentos que no início funcionou , porém no retorno as recepcionistas estão totalmente despreparadas , pra começar no exame de sangue não sabiam onde tinham colocado a xerox da minha via , paguei particular e elas nem sabiam o tipo de documento preparar para uma consulta particular . Fazem 3 semanas que ligo pedindo retorno com o médico porque meu problema voltou e elas dizem que vão ligar . que vão ver e estou esperando até hoje . Ainda indaguei que já estou a 4 dias esperando uma resposta e toda vez que ligo elas dizem retornar e nada, entao responderam que o médico e muito ocupado e toda hora está em atendimento , no meu ponto de vista sendo assim eu deveria ser avisada pelo WhatsApp ou por telefone . Resumindo já começando pela recepção fui pessimamente mal atendida , desisti do tratamento e procurei outros profissionais . Se tivesse como recomendar 0 o faria !!!
I went to the clinic with a hives attack , De. Fred attended me and I received medication that at first worked , but on the return the receptionists are totally unprepared , to start with the blood test they did not know where they had placed the photocopy of my route , I paid privately and they didn't even know what kind of document to prepare for a particular consultation. I have been calling the doctor for 3 weeks now because my problem returned and they say they will call. who will see and I'm waiting until today. I also asked that I have been waiting for an answer for 4 days and every time I call they say to return and nothing, so they replied that the doctor is very busy and is in attendance at all times, in my point of view, so I should be told by WhatsApp or by phone. In short, starting with the reception, I was badly treated, I gave up the treatment and looked for other professionals. If I could recommend 0 I would !!!
