★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, fique esperando de 7:40 dá manhã até 12:30 absurdo!!!!!! Não piso mais neste consultório!!!! Achei falta de respeito!!!!!!! Sou cliente há 5anos e sempre acontece isso, mas hoje foi o fim! NAO RECOMENDO!!!!!!!!
 Not recommend, keep waiting from 7:40 gives morning until 12:30 nonsense !!!!!! I don't walk in this office anymore !!!! I found disrespect !!!!!!! I have been a customer for 5 years and this always happens, but today was the end! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente de espera é confortável, tem wifi e estacionamento. Só que a demora para ser atendido não compensa, ainda mais quando a médica chega atrasada! Estou aqui às 8 30h e nao há sequer previsão de horário para ser atendido.
Waiting environment is comfortable, has wifi and parking. Except that the delay to be attended does not pay, even more when the doctor is late! I am here at 8:30 am and there is not even a scheduled time to be attended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei uma consulta na parte da tarde. Ao chegar as atendentes não tinham registro da marcação mas disseram que eu ia ser atendido. Ao ligar fui informado que as consultas iniciariam às 15h mas não conseguiram iniciar pois ainda haviam pacientes da manhã sendo atendidos. Tem Wi-Fi e o ar condicionado eh bem frio.
I made an appointment in the afternoon. Upon arriving the attendants had no record of the appointment but said I would be attended. When calling I was informed that the appointments would start at 15h but could not start because there were still patients in the morning being attended. It has Wi-Fi and the air conditioning is very cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei cheguei as 09:00 consulta marcada com meu filho e a medica chegou somente as 10:00 absurdo e o atendimento somente às 13:30 4 horas somente de espera ,ainda tive uma raiva por conta do estacionamento ,a consulta ótima porem surper chateada com tudo isso.
I didn’t like it I arrived at 9:00 am appointment with my son and the doctor arrived only at 10:00 am absurd and the service only at 1:30 pm 4 hours just waiting, I was still angry because of the parking lot, the consultation was great upset about it all.

Ela e achei que ela e minha irmã poderiam ter perdido o horário da consulta. Na segunda vez eu decidi ir junto, NÃO EXISTE CLÍNICA PIOR EM FORTALEZA. A MÉDICA Dra Jeanne Maria Barguil Brasileiro Leal chega a atrasar mais de 1 hora, a própria recepcionista já te atende dizendo VOCÊ JÁ É PACIENTE, ENTÃO SABE QUE A DRA NUNCA CHEGA NO HORÁRIO. Como assim ??? Minha mãe não volta mais aqui . Vou divulgar em todas as redes sociais absurdo isso !

THE DOCTOR Dr. Jeanne Maria Barguil Brasileiro Leal is more than 1 hour late, the receptionist already answers you saying YOU ARE ALREADY PATIENT, THEN YOU KNOW THE DRUG NEVER ARRIVES ON TIME. As well ??? My mother doesn't come back here anymore. I will disclose this absurd on all social networks!

Horrible, appointment scheduled for 11:45, we went, we were seen at 14:00... Lack of commitment and responsibility to its customers. And it wasn't the first time this happened.
