â â â â â Fui atendida na emergĂȘncia em um sĂĄbado pela manhĂŁ, quando jĂĄ vinha de outro atendimento emergencial que a mĂ©dica foi negligente, fez um diagnostico inapropriado e me prescreveu remĂ©dios desnecessĂĄrios numa consulta que durou cerca de trĂȘs minutos, devido a consultar somente um olho.
No CCO, fui atendida pelo dr. Rodrigo Nagashima. MĂ©dico muito minucioso, cauteloso e gentil. Fez a consulta pelo meu plano de saĂșde, consultou o olho que estava com o problema e o outro que nada apresentava. Passou o remĂ©dio apropriado, pois com 48 fiquei boa! Um atendimento excelente. AlĂ©m de explicar a irritação que eu estava sofrendo e me tranquilizar.
Quero destacar também o atendimento da recepcionista e da outra atendente, Tatiana. Todas eficientes e eficazes, além de gentis.

I was treated at the emergency one Saturday morning, when I was already coming from another emergency care that the doctor was negligent, made an improper diagnosis and prescribed me unnecessary medicine in a consultation that lasted about three minutes, due to consulting only one eye.
At the CCO, I was met by Dr. Rodrigo Nagashima. Very thorough, cautious and kind doctor. He consulted for my health plan, consulted the eye that had the problem and the other that had nothing. Passed the appropriate medicine, because with 48 I was good! Excellent service. Besides explaining the irritation I was suffering and reassuring myself.
I also want to highlight the service of the receptionist and the other attendant, Tatiana. All efficient and effective as well as kind.

â â â â â Ă um lugar que minha avĂł fez a cirurgia de catarata, nĂŁo ocorreu nenhuma complicação. Os mĂ©dicos sĂŁo simpĂĄticos e solĂcitos, a recepção Ă© boa, oferece ĂĄgua para os pacientes e os banheiros sempre estĂŁo limpos.
It is a place where my grandmother had cataract surgery, there was no complication. The doctors are friendly and helpful, the reception is good, they offer water for the patients and the bathrooms are always clean.

â â â â â Acompanhei meu esposo. Ficamos esperando quase 3 horas para a consulta, que foi particular. Pagamos R$300. Meu esposo relatou um pĂ©ssimo atendimento do mĂ©dico. NĂŁo fez o exame no olho direito e foi muito grosseiro ao responder perguntas. A consulta mal durou 5 minutos.
I accompanied my husband. We were waiting almost 3 hours for the appointment, which was private. We paid R$300. My husband reported a poor medical care. He did not have his right eye exam and was very rude in answering questions. The consultation barely lasted 5 minutes.

â â â â â Atendimento pĂ©ssimo! Apesar de ligar para marcar o horĂĄrio sĂł fui atendido trĂȘs horas depois. Da outra vez que vim tambĂ©m demoraram quatro horas para me atenderem com a desculpa de estarem passando por problemas tĂ©cnicos. NĂŁo recomendo mesmo!
Terrible service! Despite calling to make an appointment, I was only answered three hours later. The other time I came, they also took four hours to see me with the excuse that they were experiencing technical problems. I really don't recommend it!

â â â â â Cheguei na emergĂȘncia, nĂŁo estava nem conseguindo abrir um dor olhos de tanta dor e irritação. Falei com a recepcionista, ele a passou um tempo no telefone para ver o medico disponĂvel. Porem depois de esperar um bom tempo, descubro que o medico nem chegou ainda. Esse Ă© o conceito de emergĂȘncia do lugar. Detalhe, ainda tem 2 pessoas na minha frente. Se nĂŁo havia mĂ©dico para me atender, que falasse logo que eu iria a outro lugar. Falta de respeito com a saĂșde do paciente por querer lucrar.

â â â â â Dr. Excepcional, Ăłtimo profissional. Sobre o atendimento atĂ© vocĂȘ chegar na consulta, HORRĂVEL. Profissionais mal treinados sem a menor iniciativa de verificar possĂveis erros. Logo quando cheguei ao guichĂȘ de atendimento forneci todas as informaçÔes necessĂĄrias para tudo caminhar com sucesso. Logo depois chegou o momento de levarem o meu pai para a espera da cirurgia (colocaram toda a vestimenta padrĂŁo para o centro cirĂșrgico e tambĂ©m dilatam sua pupila) porĂ©m, fui avisada de que a cirurgia sĂł seria possĂvel se a lente fosse paga, POIS sĂł segundos antes do meu pai entrar para sala de cirurgia e nas condiçÔes que eu citei acima, IDENTIFICARAM que a lente nĂŁo tinha sido liberada (isso deveria ter sido verificado deeeeeesde o momento que fui atendida no guichĂȘ) e me cobraram o valor da lente. A questĂŁo Ă©, jamais deveriam ter levado meu pai para a espera da cirurgia, colocado vestimenta cirĂșrgica e dilatado sua pupila antes de verificar QUE A LENTE NĂO HAVIA SIDO LIBERADA PELO PLANO! E O PIOR DE TUDO, apĂłs a cirurgia meu pai foi liberado para ir pra casa PORĂM havia um grande problema, ESQUECERAM DE TIRAR O ACESSO QUE HAVIAM COLOCADO EM SUA MĂO PARA O MOMENTO DA CIRURGIA. Isso jamais deveria ter acontecido! Muita irresponsabilidade.

Soon after, it was time to take my father to wait for the surgery (they put all the standard clothing to the operating room and also dilate his pupil), however, I was warned that the surgery would only be possible if the lens was paid for, BECAUSE only seconds before my father entered the operating room and under the conditions I mentioned above, THEY IDENTIFIED that the lens had not been released (this should have been verified from the moment I was seen at the window) and charged me the value of the lens. The thing is, they should never have taken my father to wait for surgery, put on surgical clothing and dilated his pupil before verifying THAT THE LENS HAS NOT BEEN RELEASED BY THE PLAN! AND WORST OF ALL, after the surgery my father was released to go home BUT there was a big problem, THEY FORGOT TO REMOVE THE ACCESS THAT THEY HAD PLACED IN HIS HAND FOR THE MOMENT OF THE SURGERY. This should never have happened! Too much irresponsibility.
