â â â â â Marcar para as 16h e ser atendido as 18h Ă© uma falta de respeito! Nem parece que paguei mais de $100 p ser atendido. Dei 2 estrelas pq da recepcionista se nĂŁo nem isso. NĂŁo recomendo, nĂŁo vĂŁo.
 Scheduling for 4pm and being attended at 6pm is disrespectful! It doesn't even look like I paid more than $100 to get service. I gave 2 stars because of the receptionist if not even that. I don't recommend it, don't go.

He had 2 surgeries with André Juca, an excellent surgeon, but the clinic in terms of service is terrible. You wait hours and hours to be seen waiting in a room full of people in the middle of a pandemic!!

Sou um retorno, me informaram para chegar atĂ© Ă s 11:30hs, jĂĄ estou aqui hĂĄ 1:45hs em espera, pq sou um retorno, estou com dor nos olhos e vou ficando. Isso que Ă© clĂnica viu. NĂŁo indico e nĂŁo volto mais. Fui atendida as 13hs e a consulta durou 5 minutos. AlguĂ©m pode me explicar como tive que esperar por tanto tempo?

Atendimento pĂ©ssimo, nĂŁo informam nada direito e nĂŁo fazem nada para resolver seu problema. JĂĄ fiz vĂĄrias consultas e sempre me disseram que Ă© pelo horĂĄrio marcado, mas hoje chamaram duas pessoas depois do meu horĂĄrio. Se nĂŁo fosse a colaboração do mĂ©dico (Ășnico motivo pelo qual vou para essa clĂnica) teria perdido uma consulta em horĂĄrio posterior que estava marcada hĂĄ meses por conta da desorganização da CLDO.
When they inform you that the appointment is by appointment and not in order of arrival, don't believe it! Terrible service, they don't tell you anything right and don't do anything to solve your problem. I've made several appointments and they always told me it's for the appointment, but today they called two people after my appointment. If it weren't for the doctor's collaboration (the only reason I go to this clinic) I would have missed an appointment at a later time that had been scheduled for months due to the disorganization of the CLDO.

E que seria necessĂĄria a presença de um tĂ©cnico de SĂŁo Paulo para efetuar o concerto hoje dia 22/03. PorĂ©m liguei para a clĂnica e a atendente LĂ©a informou que o tĂ©cnico estĂĄ desde ontem tentando consertar e que a previsĂŁo seria (talvez) para amanhĂŁ dia 23/03. A responsĂĄvel pelo setor Tchesca, me respondeu somente depois de 1h e 30 min apĂłs ter lido minhas mensagens que ainda nĂŁo tem previsĂŁo âŠ
Estou desapontada com tamanha desorganização e falta de comprometimento e comunicação com o paciente por parte desta clinica.

â â â â â A questĂŁo da demora, tem que ser revista pela clinica. O paciente espera muito para ser atendido, mais de 1h30m de espera.
Se o médico não consegue atender em 15m, por exemplo, não adianta marcar consultas de 15 em 15m, aumenta o tempo.
Tudo pode ser melhorado, acredito na melhora desse quesito, por isso vou dar um voto de confiança, darei 3 estrelinhas
The issue of delay has to be reviewed by the clinic. The patient waits a long time to be seen, more than 1h30m of waiting time.
If the doctor cannot attend within 15m, for example, there is no point in scheduling appointments every 15m, the time increases.
