 I arrived at the Covid post office and Dr Celso gave me all the assistance I need, I am very grateful for his efficiency and all the care given to me, the girls at the reception are always attentive and affectionate both to me and other patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo! Tive minha consulta cancelada há mais de duas semanas porque a médica teve um problema com um voo, enviaram uma mensagem pelo whatsapp informando do cancelamento. Pedi para eles me informarem uma nova data para minha consulta, mas eles nunca me responderam. Nunca mais me ligaram para remarcar, tentei ligar pelo whatsapp, pelo telefone, tentei agendar online, mas o site não está funcionando. Não consigo entender o motivo desse desrespeito para com as pessoas.
Lousy service! I had my appointment canceled more than two weeks ago because the doctor had a problem with a flight, they sent a message through whatsapp informing them of the cancellation. I asked them to give me a new date for my appointment, but they never answered me. They never called me to reschedule, I tried to call by whatsapp, by phone, I tried to book online, but the site is not working. I cannot understand the reason for this disrespect towards people.

Exames desnecessários feitos de improviso, dificuldade de obter/retirar os resultados (uma hora, nem atendem o telefone quando chamam da portaria para autorizar a subida, outra hora estão lavando o chão no meio da tarde seguido da afirmação de que o laudo ainda não está pronto quando a pergunta foi "mas não dá para entregar-me na porta, já que vim de longe?". Além disso, um exame lançado no plano sem ter sido realizado (ah, vão dizer que o erro foi da atendente) e entrega de um eco-collor dopler e de um ecocardiograma transtorácio com imagens impressas em preto e branco (um deles, eu havia feito recentemente, mas me foi enfiado goela abaixo já que eu só precisava de um pré-operatório para microcirurgia sem anestesia e levei ECG recente - cerca de 1 mês - de esforço e repouso. Nunca mais. Se a rapidez - tudo rapidíssimo - fosse combinada com alguma empatia....

Unnecessary tests done impromptu, difficulty obtaining / removing results (one hour, they don't even answer the phone when they call the concierge to authorize the climb, another time they are washing the floor in the middle of the afternoon followed by the statement that the report is not ready when the question was “but can’t I deliver to the door, since I came from afar?”. In addition, an exam launched in the plan without having been carried out (oh, they will say that the mistake was made by the attendant) and delivery of an eco-collor dopler and a transthoracic echocardiogram with images printed in black and white (one of them, I had recently done, but it was shoved down my throat since I just needed a preoperative for microsurgery without anesthesia and I took ECG recent - about 1 month - of effort and rest, never again, if speed - all too quickly - was combined with some empathy ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adoraria ser atendida pela clínica, mas já estou há 14 minutos esperando um certo "momento" que a atendente fala para esperar. Já liguei 3 vezes. Parece que faz de propósito para não marcar a consulta. A ideia de marcação de consulta no site é maravilhosa, mas não funciona, pois não apresenta as datas disponíveis. Aí fica difícil. Perda de tempo!!!!!
I would love to be seen by the clinic, but I've been waiting for a certain "moment" for 14 minutes that the attendant says to wait. I've called 3 times. It seems he does it on purpose so as not to make an appointment. The idea of making an appointment on the website is wonderful, but it does not work, as it does not present the available dates. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No mês de outubro de 2020 meu irmão entrou na Unimed com graves problemas cardíacos. Se não fosse o Dr Celso Barros ter conduzido o tratamento do meu irmão de forma excepcional, ali no hospital , quanto depois na clínica Nbclinica , tenho certeza que meu irmão não estaria tão bem e recuperado. O atendimento na clinica é completo. O Dr Celso Barros salvou a vida do meu irmão . Recomendo o profissional quanto a clínica .
In the month of October 2020 my brother entered Unimed with serious heart problems. If it weren't for Dr Celso Barros to have conducted my brother's treatment exceptionally, there at the hospital, as well as at the Nbclinica clinic, I am sure that my brother would not be as well and recovered. Na primeira consulta com o cardiologista esperei por quase uma hora, o médico quase não abre a boca ( nem pra dar um bom dia) , sobre o eletrocardiograma eu tive que perguntar se estava normal , pq ele olhou e não falou nada. Passou exame de urina e nem pra avisar que seria 2 potes , fiz um pote e na hora de entregar no laboratório disseram que precisaria de outro. E quando voltei para entregar os exames, simplesmente a clínica estava fechada e não tiveram a consideração de me ligar para desmarcar. PIOR CLÍNICA DO RIO DE JANEIRO. Não merece nem 1 estrela. Não tem respeito pelas pessoas, deveriam fechá-la, não vai fazer falta .
Horrible! At the first consultation with the cardiologist, I waited for almost an hour, the doctor barely opens his mouth (not even to have a good day), about the electrocardiogram I had to ask if it was normal, because he looked and said nothing. He passed a urine test and not even to warn that it would be 2 pots, I made a pot and when it was time to deliver it to the laboratory, they said I would need another one. And when I came back to deliver the exams, the clinic was simply closed and they didn't have the consideration of calling me to deselect it. WORST CLINIC OF RIO DE JANEIRO. It doesn't even deserve 1 star. It has no respect for people, they should close it, it won't be missed.

Faço uma ressalva a Dra Paula Nardin que considero a melhor médica que já conheci . Ela trata dos meus filhos até o meu pai , um Sr de 93 anos . Sua capacidade não tem limitações e seu carinho e preocupação com seus pacientes são de emocionar.
