Chegar em jejum para fazer um exame, receber a notícia de que só tem 8 pessoas na sua frente e ter que esperar 3 horas para fazer um exame que não durou nem 15 minutos, é um descaso. Eles marcam horário, mas não cumprem absolutamente nada de horário e muito menos ordem de chegada. SÃO MUITAS AS AVALIAÇÕES NEGATIVAS ANTES DA MINHA E DIANTE DO QUE VI, OS PEDIDOS DE DESCULPAS NÃO SÃO SEGUIDOS DE AÇÕES CONCRETAS DE MELHORIAS NO ATENDIMENTO. NÃO ESCOLHAM A MEDIMAGEM!!!
 Terrible attendance! Arriving fasting for an exam, receiving the news that there are only 8 people in front of you, and having to wait 3 hours for an exam that didn't last even 15 minutes, is a negligence. They make appointments, but they do not comply with any timetable at all, much less order of arrival. THERE ARE MANY NEGATIVE ASSESSMENTS BEFORE MINE AND IN VIEW OF WHAT I SAW, THE EXCUSE REQUESTS ARE NOT FOLLOWED BY CONCRETE ACTIONS TO IMPROVE THE SERVICE. DON'T CHOOSE THE MEASUREMENT!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atentendes mal educados, ar condicionado não funciona no 1 anda da Ultra. Não respeitam a ordem das fichas . Chegamos s 8h saimaos as 12h enjejum para fazer uma ultra . Esperiencia das piores possível .
Polite attendants, air conditioning does not work on the 1st floor of Ultra. They do not respect the order of the cards. We arrived at 8am and at 12pm, fasting to do an ultra. The worst possible experience.

Very satisfied with the services provided by this Clinic. Good service and test results didn't take long. It's the second time I've been there and I liked it.

Obs: só coloquei uma estrela pq não tem como colocar menos 5.
Don't waste your time, a horrible experience, just stress, you need to review all the concepts of care and respect for patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência ruim, atrasa 3 h pra ser atendido mas 1 h para preparação, tudo demorar muito só falta não sair mas dá clínica, o laudo fala que sair com 3 dias tal hora e não sair

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há diferença de atendimento quando se faz exame particular e quando é pelo SUS. Minha mãe foi mal atendida pelas funcionárias da recepção dessa Clínica. Precisa melhorar e muito o atendimento dos funcionários.
There is a difference in care when a private exam is performed and when it is through the SUS. My mother was poorly attended by the reception staff at this Clinic. Needs to improve a lot in the service of the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente ia ligar hj pra marcar uma tomografia, mas depois desses comentários não vou nem tentar. Mto obg a todos pelos comentários, ajuda mto. As vezes é melhor pagar um pouco mais e ter o devido respeito. Eu percebi qdo liguei p me informar, a atendente me atendeu mto monossilabica, eu perguntava ela só respondia " é" fazia outro questionamento só dizia "sim" "nao" parece q tava com pressa p q eu desligasse.
People was going to call today to schedule a CT scan, but after these comments I'm not even going to try. Thank you all for the comments, it helps a lot. Sometimes it's better to pay a little more and be respectful. I realized when I called to inform me, the attendant answered me very monosyllabic, I asked her she only answered "yeah" she made another question she only said "yes" "no" it seems she was in a hurry for me to hang up.
