Mal organizado, e não tem lugar nem pra se sentar e aguardar, se você que abriu a clínica pra atender nas coxas dessa forma horrível, faça um favor , nem abra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre passo lá e fico na esperança que tenha melhorado, hoje fiquei mais de 3 horas para fazer dois exames de menos de 5 minutos cada um. Fora o atendimento que até meu bom dia não foi respondido.
I always go there and I hope it has improved, today I spent more than 3 hours to do two exams of less than 5 minutes each. Aside from the service that even my good morning was not answered.

I would like to record my satisfaction with the service I had this morning by the attendant Tatiane and by the Speech-Language Pathologist at this clinic, who answered all my doubts regarding my hearing and was very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se existe horário agendado, é para ser atendido no horário, ainda mais se existe tolerância de tempo para ser atendido. Complicado chegar no horário e ter que ficar aguardando mais de 40 minutos para ser atendido. É inaceitável.
If there is a scheduled time, it is to be attended on time, even more if there is a time tolerance to be attended. Complicated arriving on time and having to wait more than 40 minutes to be served. It's unacceptable.
