Unfortunately they do not accept exchange of products purchased on promotion, which is terrible if you gave someone a gift and for some reason it did not fit or the person did not like it.

Great service I had with Paloma. The attendant had a lot of proactivity to get all the colors of each model that I chose just to see up close. Store with its characteristic smell. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo comprar nessa loja, comprei um n° e eles me venderam outro n° sem eu ver, fui trocar 10 dias depois e não trocaram, fora que a gerente da loja é super ignorante, estava tentando explicar pra ela a situação e ela me disse "ai to sem paciência resolve com ele (o vendedor)", me senti envergonhada e sai no prejuízo!
I don't recommend buying at this store, I bought a number and they sold me another number without me seeing it, I changed it 10 days later and they didn't change it, besides that the store manager is super ignorant, I was trying to explain the situation to her and she I said "oh, I'm out of patience, do it with him (the seller)", I felt ashamed and lost money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo gerente Rosângela fez questão de não fazer uma troca alegando que seria um produto da loja de diadema. Acho Que antes de ser cliente da loja de diadema, são Paulo o raio que o parta eu sou cliente da Melissa e deveria ao menos ser bem atendida, disse que é uma franquia... e uma franquia de uma marca onde o cliente vem em primeiro lugar. Não volto e nunca voltarei nessa loja enquanto essa mulherzinha estiver aí não serve pra falar com o público mal preparada e grossa. Já entrei em contato com o sac e fiz questão de fazer uma reclamação. Me foi passado que isso não existe que troca pode ser feita em toda e qualquer loja desde que esteja dentro do prazo de 30 dias. Atendimento PÉSSIMO !!!
Attention manager Rosângela made a point of not making an exchange claiming it would be a headband store product.
