No dia em que foram colocar a porta simplesmente explodiu na mão do funcionário qdo ele estava levando pra colocar demorou 15 dias pra chegar outra. A porta é duas partes de 75 cm. Percebi uma pequena ranhura na parte que ficou inteira lá em casa.fiz foto mostrei pra eles mas disseram que não valia nada. Colocaram a porta passou dia 21 de fevereiro hoje essa porta simplesmente explodiu tb qdo fui fechar, então fui lá reclamar contei pra eles o acontecido e eles simplesmente disseram que não podiam fazer nada, alegando mal uso. Como? Se eu não bati, apenas puxei, antes de fechar ela papocou, foram estilhaços pra todos os lados
My experience with this company was terrible, I bought a 150 X 210 door. The day they went to install the door it just exploded in the employee's hand when he was taking it to be installed, it took 15 days to get another one. The door is two pieces of 75 cm. I noticed a small groove on the part that was whole at home. I took a photo and showed it to them but they said it was worthless. They put the door on February 21st, today this door just exploded when I went to close it, so I went there to complain, I told them what happened and they simply said they couldn't do anything, alleging misuse. How? If I didn't hit it, I just pulled it, before closing it chatted, there were shrapnel everywhere
