★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha cachorra as primeiras vezes, e até que tinha gostado. Mas nesta sexta (12/06), minha cachorra voltou totalmente aérea, babando, não tinha força na boca para comer. Começou a responder a estímulos algumas horas depois, e foi melhorando aos pouquinhos. Ficou o restante da sexta, sábado inteiro até domingo a tarde, sem fazer cocô. Muito quietinha, e sem comer direito. Não sei se bateram, se doparam ou que raio que fizeram com a cachorra. Não volto nunca mais.
I took my dog the first few times, and I even liked it. But this Friday (12/06), my dog came back totally aerial, drooling, she had no strength in her mouth to eat. He started to respond to stimuli a few hours later, and gradually improved. The rest of Friday, Saturday through Sunday afternoon, remained, without pooping. Very quiet, and without eating properly. I don't know if they hit, doped or what the hell they did to the dog. I'll never be back.

Great treatment, very affectionate with the animals, especially with my Thor who was a beast with them, and they just love it, I highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ não indico, pelo motivo da minha pet ser um pouco agitada. eles falaram q iria sedar ela e uma coisa q sei não e necessário da anestesia pra da banho e tosa o mesmo. anestesia e só pra casos de cirurgias. achei pouco caso do atendimento tenho as conversas e o print de tudo. Sei q vcs não são obrigado a recebe se não quiser mas se estão pensando em sedar ela o que foi feito na última tosa dela.
sedação e so com a autorização do dono e isso não foi autorizado. achei pouco caso da empresa quem me pedir indicação mando pra qualquer um menos pro pet. Meu amigão, q não eh amigo de ninguém.
deixo aqui minha insatisfação.

Deixei minha cachorrinha quase 7h lá e não deram nem um pouco de água para a mesma, acredito que isso não iria gerar mais gastos dando um pouco de água, contando que paguei 90 reais só na tosa e no banho.
I took my dog, I understand that I took it without an appointment due to having no time and no one to take it to me. I left my dog there for almost 7 hours and they didn't even give her a little water, I believe that this would not generate more expenses by giving some water, counting that I paid 90 reais just for the grooming and bathing.
