Tive problema com um cabo que comprei com eles e achei que ia ter dor de cabeça, mas eles efetuaram a troca sem burocracia e problemas... nem precisei apresentar a nota pois tinham a minha compra registrada no sistema. Muitissimo satisfeita! Recomendo.
I was never present at the physical store, but I have an excellent experience with delivery and service via WhatsApp.
I had a problem with a cable that I bought with them and I thought I was going to have a headache, but they made the exchange without bureaucracy and problems ... I didn't even need to present the note because they had my purchase registered in the system. Very satisfied! I recommend.

It takes too long! If they tell you 3 hours, wait 5 hours to call and find out if your equipment is ready.
