★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um atendimento que deixa a desejar, cobram uma furtuna pelo bolo, taxa de entrega abusiva e não respeita o horário de entrega, no meu caso, chegou muito antes do combinado e sorte é que conseguimos nos adiantar. Os estabelecimentos têm que entender que não adianta ter um "nome" , mas que não se importar com seus clientes. Não recomendo!!!!!!!
A service that leaves something to be desired, they charge a furtuna for the cake, an abusive delivery fee and do not respect the delivery schedule, in my case, it arrived long before the agreed and luck is that we managed to get ahead. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem, resolvi vir dar o meu relato, fiz uma compra para um bolo decorado de 10 pessoas, recebi um exemplo de como iria ficar meu bolo e naquele momento decidir fechar o negócio, pois naquele momento imaginei a decoração toda no bolo surpresa para minha esposa, foi então que chegou o dia e recebi o tal bolo, quando abri a caixa não acreditei e imaginei que algo tivesse acontecido.
- Primeiro, o desenho enviado para fazer igual(desenho simples, nada muito complicado ou bizarro) veio bem diferente do esperado, imagem torta e formatos de textos bizarramente diferente.
- Segundo, o bolo que me foi apresentado como exemplo era grande e realmente parecia ser para 10 pessoas, mas o bolo que recebi estava mais para mini bolo, muito de longe aquele era um bolo para 10 pessoas, talvez se cortar minis pedaços dará os dez pedaços, o pior foi que insistiu que aquele mini bolo realmente servia dez pessoas. Fiquei tentando imaginar como iria cortar o mini bolo e dar os dez pedaços. Foi me apresentado um bolo de 20 pedaços e me foi vendido um de 10 pedaços me fazendo cair em erro. Conclusão, me senti completamente enganado.
Bem, o responsável muito solicito me ligou para tentar resolver o problema da aparência do bolo, veio até minha casa buscar o bolo para ser refeito(não entendi o porquê de buscar o bolo para refaze-lo, eu esperava que fosse fazer um bolo novo, não precisava vir buscar, quando trouxesse o bolo novo entregaria o outro), mas depois de muito estresse no dia anterior resolvi que não queria me estressar mais, foi então que eu encontrei com ele e disse que iria preferir ficar com aquele bolo como estava a ter um problema ainda maior de não recebe-lo a tempo da festa surpresa, queria evitar mais um estresse.
Conclusão, tem pessoas que vende um sonho só que as vezes vira um pesadelo, e pra mim isso foi um grande estresse e para evitar um novo preferi arcar com o prejuízo, até porque quem encomenda um bolo personalizado e recebe com uma semana de antecedência para você poder decidir e falar "quero meu dinheiro de volta, não foi esse o combinado, não foi esse o bolo que me foi vendido." Mas infelizmente nessas ocasiões não dá pra fazer isso, onde vc vai encontrar alguém que te entregue um bolo em algumas horas?! Imagino que seja quase que impossível. Apesar do rapaz ser muito educado e prestativo eu esperava mais dessa empresa.
No mais o bolo é gostoso, só não ficou como eu pedi com pouco recheio, mas como me foi passado eu não posso escolher a quantidade de recheio, mesmo contratando a empresa para fazer algo específico para mim sou obrigado a fazer do jeito deles e não do meu.

I was trying to imagine how I would cut the mini cake and give the ten pieces. A 20-piece cake was presented to me and a 10-piece cake was sold, making me fall into error. Conclusion, I felt completely cheated.
Well, the responsible person very much called me to try to solve the problem of the appearance of the cake, came to my house to get the cake to be redone (I did not understand the reason to get the cake to redo it, I expected that I would make a new cake , I didn't need to come and get it, when I brought the new cake I would deliver the other), but after a lot of stress the day before I decided I didn't want to stress myself anymore, it was then that I met him and said I would prefer to keep that cake as it was having an even bigger problem of not receiving it in time for the surprise party, I wanted to avoid another stress.
Conclusion, there are people who sell a dream only that sometimes becomes a nightmare, and for me this was a great stress and to avoid a new one I preferred to bear the loss, especially because whoever orders a personalized cake and receives it a week in advance to you can decide and say "I want my money back, this was not the deal, this was not the cake that was sold to me." But unfortunately on those occasions you can't do that, where are you going to find someone who will deliver you a cake in a few hours ?! I imagine it is almost impossible. Despite the boy being very polite and helpful, I expected more from this company.
In addition, the cake is delicious, it just didn't look like I ordered it with little filling, but as it was passed to me, I can't choose the amount of filling, even if I hire the company to do something specific for me, I have to do it their way and not of mine.
