★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito cuidado ao fornecerem o CPF para financiar um veículo nesta loja. Em dez/2020 um dos proprietários da loja ficou brincando de fazer simulação com meu CPF tentando obter a melhor negociação para ele, até que meu score caiu mesmo sem restrição nenhuma. Não bastando a tamanha cara de pau, me ligou sugerindo que eu fizesse o financiamento direto com o banco mas que o valor do veículo seria 1 mil mais caro para financiar com meu banco. O vendedor não sabia mais que desculpa me dar, inclusive na época assumiu que brincaram com meu CPF nas simulações porque a loja ganha um percentual por cada financiamento aprovado... enfim, os demais comentários da loja no google já diz bem qual pratica comercial esta empresa tem. RESPOSTA: O comentário procede sim, quem fez isto foi o Sr. Diego e o vendedor era o Alex, porque eu fui uma meia dúzia de vezes na loja e inclusive depois disto optei por comprar um carro zero e não tive nenhum problema bancário!
Be very careful when providing the CPF to finance a vehicle in this store. In Dec/2020 one of the store owners was playing simulation with my CPF trying to get the best deal for him, until my score dropped even without any restrictions. Not being enough to be so brave, he called me suggesting that I do the direct financing with the bank but that the value of the vehicle would be 1 thousand more expensive to finance with my bank. The salesperson didn't know what excuse to give me, even at the time he assumed that they played with my CPF in the simulations because the store earns a percentage for each approved financing... in short, the other comments of the store on google already say well what commercial practice this is. company has. ANSWER: Yes, the comment is valid, who did this was Mr. Diego and the salesman was Alex, because I went to the store half a dozen times and even after that I chose to buy a brand new car and I didn't have any banking problems!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, comprei um carro em Novembro e o mesmo veio sem macaco, chave de roda e chave reserva, o macaco e chave de roda foi resolvido, mas a chave reserva de novembro até então eu tenho ido a loja para resolver e sempre jogam de um pra outro, o responsável nunca está, ligo e não atendem, depois de 3 meses indo lá, hoje me falaram que não iam me dar a chave reserva pois me deram desconto no carro, sendo que o combinado no contrato foi o carro ser entregue com chave reserva.
Enfim, não recomendo a ninguém e eu vou correr atrás dos meus direitos!!

Anyway, I don't recommend it to anyone and I'm going to run after my rights!!
