Achei interessante que a primeira coisa que fazem é higienizar seu equipamento assim que vc entrega, estando de acordo com as novas normas sanitárias por conta da pandemia.

Pois após seu comentário , vi que estava descrita garantia do teclado detalhada na nota fiscal,e a instalação do teclado.
Agradeço por ter enviado , fiquei mais tranquila com a nota fiscal em mãos.
Estou feliz com o conserto do teclado, deixei meu notebook dia 13 a tarde, e dia 14 de manhã já estava arrumado.
Já estamos usando o dia inteiro,para trabalhar.
Desculpa por esse constrangimento do comentário anterior.
E obrigada,por enviar a nota fiscal que pedi, com todos detalhes do serviço contratado, descrito detalhadamente com garantia e mão de obra.
Faço elogios pelo bom profissionalismo da instalação e conserto do teclado.

After your comment, I saw that the keyboard warranty was detailed in the invoice, and the keyboard installation.
Thank you for sending, I was more relaxed with the invoice in hand.
I'm happy with the keyboard repair, I left my notebook on the 13th in the afternoon, and on the 14th in the morning it was already fixed.
We are already using the whole day to work.
Sorry for this embarrassment from the previous comment.
And thank you for sending the invoice I asked for, with all the details of the contracted service, described in detail with warranty and labor.
I commend you for the professionalism of the keyboard installation and repair.
