Entrei em contato pelo WhatsApp informando o meu problema antes de ir a loja física e me disseram que eu poderia ir para a loja pois lá resolviam...Resultado foi que assim que cheguei, disseram que não consertavam e por erro de digitação quase me fizeram ir em uma das lojas no Dirceu que não existe mais! Perdi tempo e dinheiro. Porém nem tudo foi negativo, o atendimento foi ótimo.
 I didn't have a good experience with the store! I got in touch through WhatsApp informing my problem before going to the physical store and they told me I could go to the store because they resolved there... The result was that as soon as I arrived, they said they couldn't fix it and due to a typo, they almost made me go to one of the stores in Dirceu that no longer exists! I wasted time and money. However, not everything was negative, the service was great.

EGILDA, depois de 6 dias (LIGUEI VARIAS VEZES, MANTIVE CONTATO VIA WHATSAPP e NADA ATÉ HOJE) *fiquei aguardando resposta da MICRO &CIA*: vou procurar OUTRA EMPRESA *para instalar o ar condicionado da LG* (vi uma com ótima reputação TURBI AR 5 Estrelas e liguei INCLUSIVE NÃO COBRAM VALOR ABSURDO DE VISITA que vocês cobram R$ 200,00) e vou comunicar no SAC da LG o "bom atendimento que a MICRO presta" (vide a quantidade absurda de reclamações). Uma pena, vocês são campeões em tratar mal os clientes, eu teria vergonha de ter essa reputação!

A pity, you are champions in treating customers badly, I would be ashamed to have that reputation!

ATENDENTES e Sra. GERENTE, depois de 6 dias (LIGUEI VARIAS VEZES dia 11/05/2022, durante a tarde toda desse dia MANTIVE CONTATO com V. SENHORIAS VIA WHATSAPP e TELEFONE MAS NADA de resposta ATÉ HOJE (17/05/2022)). Fiquei aguardando ORÇAMENTO da MICRO &CIA (IA FAZER A LOUCURA DE PAGAR INTEGRAL E ANTECIPADO): vou procurar OUTRA EMPRESA para instalar o ar condicionado da LG* (vi uma com ótima reputação TURBI AR com 5 Estrelas e PRESTARAM UM ÓTIMO ATENDIMENTO, TODOS OS CLIENTES A RECOMENDAM(TODOS), INCLUSIVE NÃO COBRAM VALOR ABSURDO DE VISITA que vocês cobram de R$ 200,00) e já estou mantendo contato com o SAC da LG: "bom atendimento que a MICRO presta" (vide a quantidade absurda de reclamações na classificação do GOOGLE).
